  “Had a trip here before watching a movie today. Service was excellent, I was greeted and seated by a young man called Jayden whose customer service was excellent and of the highest standard. Food was also great and overall a fantastic experience.”

  “My partner and I went to Nando’s yesterday after an emotional funeral and a long day of not eating; we were super hungry. We ordered our food through the app as we would normally. Paid… as normal! Waited what seemed like a very long time and realised nothing was coming. During the wait my partner even got up to ask for some cups (baring in mind, it wasn’t busy and everyone sat were eating). Not one staff member put 2 and 2 together (noticing there was nothing on their screen) and asked if we’d ordered etc… I then eventually got up and asked where the food was, to be told nothing has come through. We were told the money would bounce back and it still hasn’t. We decided to just leave and not eat, it was infuriating to see the lack of help. Staff members just in the back laughing around. We ended up going home. So just imagine after a day we had, and experiencing this. Not ideal”

  “Went in with my family 2 adults 3 kids, many tables were empty was advised by the host it will be a long wait, when asked why, as there were many tables empty was advised need table for 4 with baby chair. Multiple tables empty we even said just add another chair to a table, was told not our manager has strictly advised not to add chairs to tables. Was told to wait with me kids which I did for 30min then had enough and left, how ever I did tell the host there are many tables empty why can you not accommodate and adjust, as many restaurants will happily do that, the answer I got was manager does not allowed that. These were big large tables fully empty. Unfortunately we were not the only family there other 2 family that were dealing with host with the same issue. Very Very unprofessional. They do not want to entertain families with young kids only easy young and older adults.”

  “We loved Nandos ... it was really busy but we found it had the right atmosphere and good music too. Staff were friendly and attentive. The toiles were ok and they kept the seating areas clean . A good experience over all 😊”

  “Greeted straight away by Leon , absolute legend was really polite and got us seated so quick , even grabbed a high chair for us as we had our little boy with us . Food came out incredibly quick and tasted as amazing as always . Definitely recommend and will always come back !!”

  “Easily the most overpriced place I've been. Food is bang average but they trick you into thinking it's good with all the sauces they provide. Portions are tiny, menu doesn't make any sense, one price for a thing but another price for a thing with an additional thing. Fries should come with a burger, you shouldn't have to pay extra!!! This is basically a jazzed up KFC, they just want your money and want you out the door so they can fleece the next moron who walks in. Never again.”

  “Me and my family visit this place regularly the last 5 years…we really enjoy our time here and we love the food and the atmosphere…until the last month and specially yesterday…who ever it may concern!The staff looks that they don’t have any idea about hygiene rules…people walk around the kitchen without any cover (gloves or hair nets)…only one person was full covered and I don’t understand why! On the grill they use the green tong for the meat and the Halloumi as well and this is against the hygiene standards…Finally, and the reason that makes me feel upset is when one of the guys that was in the service grabs with his hands my garlic bread to put it on my plate! Immediately, I asked him why he did that and he said that he was trying to help…really I don’t know what happened with this place…”

  “I visited today and ordered and was seated promptly and politely. The staff were very pleasant and enquired how we were finding our meal. Tasty food, quick service (it was near closing so I am unsure about waiting times during busier periods. Overall very satisfied. Thank you”

  “Came here for a quick meal before going to the cinema, with just two of us they were able to seat us immediately and provided us with menus catering to vegetarian and vegan options. Staff were friendly and organised working as a team to keep the tables clean and the customers happy, food came out in less than 10 minutes after being ordered and maintained the high standard of quality. And considering the price was much better than the other nearby food options, 100% will be having it again soon.”
