  “Our visit to Bon Pan Asian Buffet for my sister Birthday was exceptional. The variety of dishes was impressive, each prepared with care and rich flavour. The service was warm, the environment spotless, and the overall experience truly enjoyable. A wonderful place for a relaxed meal with great food.”

  “We have been here a few times now but I must say I don't actually ENJOY the food here. It's more about quantity than quality. Our last visit even the basics like chicken nuggets and pizza were not great. Hardly any cheese on the pizzas. Not much taste to the actual food. Just lots and lots of options. We do still go there as makes for an easy celebration meal for family and people can help themselves. Don't rate the toilets very much. Could do with a good clean. Overall ok.”

  “We had low expectations for Bon Merry Hill, having been to the Bon in Liverpool where we were exceptionally underwhelemed. We were very surprised when we turned up here. The premises were clean, bright and looked well managed. We booked online, which seemed to be a different system to what I assume was with people booking by phone/person, so possibly an area for improvement. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was busy. It wasnt hectic, but everything seemed to flow smoothly. The food seemed to be replenished quickly when low, so that was good. What couldnt be controlled is with other guests where they seeming let their kids run a bit on the “wild side”. The staff here were attentive and cleared used plates quickly. A great plus. Sometimes its just a shame that some guests make a mess of the food, but thats almost to be expected these days. We found the food here to be much better than the Bon in Liverpool. When we visited, it seemed to be managed really well. We were impressed with the dessert, except when some guests take a excessive amount of butter agajn, fhe restaurant can do little about that. All in all, a good visit. We will visit again as and when we are in the area.”

  “Come in at 8:10, paid nearly £100 for 2 adults and 3 kids. Manager trying to pen people in like sheep. Cold cold food. This is a hr and half before it’s due to shut. Honestly told so many people about how good the place is but it’s awful my son has gone to the toilet to be sick (his idea to come) curry like water apple pie that looks like they feel off the tree months ago. It’s horrendous never coming again. Only positive there is one polite member of staff the blonde girl allowed us to move away from the drunk party AGAINST her managers wishes. 1 star is one to many please stay away.”

  “Very disappointed- before the staff say it was late in the evening , you can clearly see the time of 8:15 on my picture - I understand with all you can eat they won’t put all new food out at 9pm but I think nearly 2 hrs after a 20min wait for a table in ample. Un beknown to the waitress that reported me to management I speak fluent mandarin (don’t speak down to customers) One savour is they gave us a discount at the end - very disappointed as we chose to spend our Saturday evening here”

  “first visit today, had to queue to get in (about 10-15 mins), very busy and bit on noisy side, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was banging, tasty, and plenty of choice. Staff are very attentive and constantly clearing plates , cleaning and refilling food containers. will definitely be visiting again.”

  “It was a great experience with my uncle and his kids, the food is nice, a bit slow staff, you have 2 hours to eat all you can. It’s situated in a mall. Good place for family.”

  “Outstanding! 1st time ever here and wow, superb! very good value, food was very tasty, hot, checked regularly & stirred, topped up, renewed as necessary, great choice of dishes, chinese, Indian, pizza, salad, even food for little ones, cakes ice cream, fruit, highly recommended 5* excellent friendly attentive staff who clear your plates super fast ready for the next round! 👍🏻”

  “This review is long overdue! I visited this place a couple of months back. It is an open all you can eat buffet with Asian cuisine. I really liked the environment, as it is a huge open space and while the tables are not too far from each other, it doesn't feel cramped. It has good variety of meals and deserts with options for everyone (including pizza!). I really enjoyed everything I tried and so did everyone else that visited with me. I have visited quite a few times since then and I even held my birthday party there (by the way I was not the only one to do so that night). The service is also quite good and staff has been very polite. The toilets were also clean, which is a bonus, considering the number of people using them throughout the day. Definitely value for money. I'm happy to suggest it to anyone interested in Asian cuisine.”

  “10 stars from me! Best buffet ever!! Amazing selection of food and desserts, so many halal options too! I thoroughly enjoyed my time and all the staff were really friendly and kind, each one I interacted with made my experience the best, I noticed they were all happy too, which really makes a difference. Honestly one of the best places I've been to, outstanding! Well done!! I will recommend and visit again for sure.”
