Customer Review Summary
Chicken korma draws the most attention, and mostly for the wrong reasons. Reviewers call it flavourless, runny or watery, salty and oddly coloured, with one saying it tasted of cheese and another describing blackened chicken. Close behind are complaints about a salty, cold chicken bhuna and chicken chaat, bland chicken tikka, rock hard or uncooked onion bhajis, tough samosas, and food arriving cold. Several say different dishes tasted identical, and one believes a korma and a passanda came from the same pan. A smaller group is happy, praising a chicken tikka madras with a big pile of chips, a massive naan, tikka with rice, and quick delivery. Even a few unhappy diners single out the naan or chips as good. Complaints about the owner also recur. One reviewer describes an argumentative callback in which bad reviews were dismissed as lies, and another says a refund was refused before a polite delivery driver handed over a partial refund in cash.

“If I could 0 star I would this is not traditional food where do I start I e never Eaton from here before and safe to say never again this is my very honest opinion chicken korma no flavour runny really white in colour and salty not nice. Chicken chaat runny and salty and not resembles a proper chicken chaat and cold. Chicken bhuna again runny salty and cold Rice not proper traditional rice looked and tasted horrible only thing that was got Naan was undercooked barley warm looked microwaved. Safe to say after plating it up and trying it it went into the bin what a way to ruin a takeaway night that is a rare treat”
