About NUR Authentic Indian Resturant & Takeaway
NUR Authentic Indian Resturant & Takeaway is an Indian restaurant in Doncaster, serving Indian cuisine as both a restaurant and a takeaway. Payment is cash only, so anyone planning a sit-down meal or a collection should bring cash to settle the bill. Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers come for the food, calling it delicious, fresh and well prepared, and they mention a Valentine's meal and a teenager's birthday dinner among the occasions. Staff earn repeated praise as friendly, polite and attentive, and a few describe the pricing as fair. The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the naans sweet and said they ruined the taste of everything else. Another called the chicken biryani nothing special, with dry rice that only the vegetables rescued. That same diner described a brash, rude server and a slow evening, finishing a main before colleagues were served. A guest with dietary concerns noted almond powder in some popular dishes and gluten not marked on the menu, though they still called the meal delicious. Another reviewer who walked in with a dying phone said they felt welcomed, and one family left with a free gift for their children.

““Naans are sweet If it’s not sweet then it’s a chapaati” Thats the definition of naans at this place Basically nothing authentic on it then. Naans are sweet and ruin the taste of everything.(considering that they haven’t put sugar by mistake instead of salt and just not accepting their fault, as AUTHENTIC would still be appropriate if it was salt)”
