Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw, with reviewers singling out the eggs benedict, full English, poached eggs and smoked salmon with poached egg, plus sausages and a porridge one diner calls the best they have had. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly and helpful, with one regular noting they know their usual order and another family praising the chef and floor team. Nourish bowls and paninis earn lunch mentions, and several like the relaxed atmosphere, the varied seating and dogs being allowed. Others are less convinced. One reviewer found the coffee average and the food pricey, and disliked a card terminal prompting a 15 to 20 percent tip. Parking can be limited at busy times, and some EV chargers were not working. The sharpest complaint came from a dog owner whose latte arrived cold and whose food was slow. They were seated in a passageway and offered no water or mat for the dog. The blueberry pancakes were extremely dry and thick, and the dog ate two but refused the third.

“Always such a positive experience when I come here, but me and my family received exceptionally good service and food today. A special mention for the chef, Raeph, and all the floor staff. Thank you! :)”

“Not quite the dog-friendly experience I was expecting! I came here today with my dog after reading so many glowing reviews, especially about how dog-friendly this café is. Unfortunately, our experience was rather different. First, my latte arrived cold. Then I had quite a wait for my food. We were seated right in the middle of the passageway, so every time someone walked past, my dog got up and couldn't settle down. Despite all the enthusiastic reviews about dogs being welcomed, nobody offered her any water or a mat. I ordered the pancakes with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream. Sadly, the pancakes were extremely dry and thick. The funny part? My dog ate two of them… and even she refused the third one! 😂 I also found the prices rather high considering the quality and overall experience. The café itself felt more like a canteen than the cosy, welcoming place I was expecting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. My dog has apparently given the pancakes her own review too. 🐶😂”

“Lovely cafe with a fantastic drinks and breakfast menu. Will definitely be back. The eggs benedict and full English were fab.”

“The atmosphere on a Saturday morning when I visited a week ago was so relaxing and inviting. The smoked salmon with poached egg was simply divine. Our waitress, Lola, made every effort to make our experience fantastic, meeting my every expectation. She was attentive, kind and just so lovely. I highly recommend the food, the staff and atmosphere to all reading this review (and all my friends!!) Thank you to Lola, especially, for her friendliness and attention to making our experience a wonderful one!”
