About The Temple Doncaster
The Temple Doncaster is a pub in Doncaster at 20 Market Place, facing the Corn Exchange on the site of the historic Irish middle market. Four separate spaces under one roof divide the venue between eating, drinking and dancing, so a group can pick the part that suits the occasion. Live sport plays across 17 big screens, and live music sessions run alongside it. The kitchen serves Temple burgers with battered pickles and a three-course Sunday lunch with beef and a prawn starter. Bottomless brunch arrives in rounds with Prosecco on the table, and there is a "cowboy" version and a cocktail upgrade. Brunch and hen party tables are set out with props and games. A private dining room is available for groups, and dogs are welcome.

Customer Review Summary
Bottomless brunch is what most reviewers come for, praising the cocktails, the Prosecco waiting on the table and servers who kept drinks flowing fast despite a full restaurant. Close behind are Sunday lunch, with tender beef, fresh vegetables and a prawn starter, and the Temple burger with battered pickles and a pint of Guinness. The criticism is concentrated in two brunch reviews. A group of ten says refills came only in rounds once everyone finished, and the bottomless clock started at booking rather than at the first drink order. Their burger came out pink in the middle and the kitchen would neither cook it longer nor replace it. The other describes frozen breaded honey chicken tenders and a wrong food order met with an abrupt waitress. One diner found the bar area music too loud to talk over, yet said staff brought water and slices of beef for their dog.

“Went with some friends last Friday for the bottomless brunch and we had the best time! We arrived to find our table set out with some fun props and glasses of Prosecco. A special mention to our waitress Charlotte, who was friendly, attentive and provided an excellent service to us, even going out of her way to congratulate our friend who had just gotten engaged! The food was great and the cocktails even better. Great value for money, would absolutely do it again.”

“Came for Sunday lunch and had the 3 courses and some cocktails. The server was really lovely and kept coming back to us asking about our meal and if we would like any more drinks, didn’t have to move from our seats as the service was so good. Really good atmosphere for a Sunday. Sunday lunch was lovely, the beef was so tender and vegetables so fresh. The prawn starter was lovely and highly recommended coming”
