  “Mila and Carter Restaurant at Bexley absolutely exceeded all expectations. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The bar staff especially Chayiny were fantastic, warm, and welcoming. And our waitress, Edem, went truly above and beyond. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience feel special.❣️ We chose the Father’s Day special edition sampler: three different cuts of steak, cooked beautifully, full of flavour, and served with generous portions. A gorgeous plate of food and worth every bite. The atmosphere, the people, the food everything was spot on. A huge thank you to the entire team for making it such a memorable visit.”

  “Donna was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good dining experience. The only letdown was the crème brûlée that seems to have diminished in size as I always have it. But Donna did her magic and was able to get me another one”

  “The Background (Mitcham Branch – 1⭐):I previously left a 1-star review for the Mitcham branch after a disastrous birthday dinner ruined by system failures and shocking staff attitude. However, I must give credit to customer service—Jade from management reached out, took full ownership of the failure, and provided a £70 voucher as a gesture of goodwill.The Update (Bexleyheath Branch – 5⭐):For our 10th anniversary of meeting in person, we decided to give the brand another chance and used our voucher at the Bexleyheath branch. What a spectacular contrast! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth, open arms, and kindness (either this is their natural standard, or they read my previous 1-star review!).We were offered a great choice of seating, and our male waiter was absolutely fantastic—polite, funny, and patient, despite being run off his feet. Unlike our last experience elsewhere, our meals were served in a perfectly reasonable time and arrived piping hot, fresh, and delicious. The ambiance was beautifully warm and inviting.The Verdict:The Mitcham branch could certainly learn a thing or two from the team at Bexleyheath. To top off a wonderful evening, our final bill kept a massive smile on our faces thanks to the compensation voucher. Thank you, Miller & Carter Bexleyheath, for completely restoring our confidence and making our special anniversary so very special!”

  “Jacqui was our server this evening and was amazing. Such a warm and attentive host. The food was incredible and I even tried and stretched for pudding! I didn’t do too badly with only a little bit left on the plate! I’d highly recommend the filet steak medium rare as it was so tasty and the best steak I’ve had in so long. Definitely will recommend.”

  “Celebrating father in laws 90th birthday. Food was lovely and the dessert with a candle and writing on the plate was a lovely gesture. We really enjoyed our afternoon. Roman’s was very attentive and friendly and took a family photo for us to remember the special occasion”

  “Food We both had the chipotle chicken replaced with barbecue sauce, for starter. Main Sirloin steak with chunky chips and dessert . Overall the food was good, steak cooked to perfection. Dessert was enjoyable. Service First impressions, not the best welcoming. We were met at the entrance by a very abrupt woman who I assume was the manager, South asian looking in a suit Nane possibly Shereene. She showed us into a part of the restaurant that was hot and very noisy, we asked to be sat elsewhere and was made to feel like it was an inconvenience! I find her extremely rude. We were seated a much quieter and cooler area. She came back to take our drinks order , a few minutes after someone else came a lovely lady by the name of Donna, She was very friendly and made us to feel comfortable. Atmosphere Mainly old couples , but friendly. Nice and airy , clean and comfortable.”
