  “Ilford Branch is quite big, a good number of seats. The food is definetely worth it I tried both the steak Burger and Steak and chips. Both tasted really good. It is quite a nice location and affordable choice. Portion sizes are just the right amount - fills you up and it’s not too much.”

  “Absolutely fantastic. Can see why this restaurant is packed out. Steak and fries was excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection as requested - medium and medium rare. The mushroom sauce was the best I’ve had and their naga chilli sauce was the best. Cajun fries were cooked perfectly offering the perfect crunch. Their salad drizzled with garlic and oyster sauce was divine. Travelled from Luton and what a pleasant experience it was. Very good value for money. 2 starters, 3 steak and fries and 6 drinks came to less than £25 each - it doesn’t get better than that. Will happily visit again with friends and family no doubt.”

  “Amazing place in Ilford. I didn’t try the burger, but the chicken and steak meals were amazing! The 1/2 chicken was Smokey and crisp skinned. The steak was melt in your mouth. The salad that came with both was scrumptious. If you like a little spicy try the rice instead of fries. I’ve eaten here three days in a row.”

  “Had a great meal at this BBQ and grill restaurant. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the T-bone steak was cooked perfectly—tender, well-seasoned, and delicious. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and welcoming. A great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back again.”

  “This place seems a bit overhyped.. firstly they don't take bookings because and I quote "we can't promise to reserve a table for customers" - isn't that the point of booking in advance(?). Then when we arrive the seating was very squashed and the tables were sticky. It was difficult to have a conversation in there because it was so noisy. The food was ok but it could be a lot better. I liked the starters (Mac & Cheese bites, Nachos and Chicken bites), good portions , very flavourful. The mains needed some improvement - we got Chicken & Waffles (mid), BBQ Ribs (good ribs, rice was awful), Monster Burger (basic), Steak & Chips (it was edible after it was doused in sauces), Half Chicken (flavourful), Pulled Brisket (good), Corn on a cob (standard) and Coleslaw (standard). Service was poor - we told the server that one person had allergies so we asked if we could swap the salad for Coleslaw but apparently they couldn't do that and we had to order it separately so we did. But then instead of removing said ingredient from our order or advising us that it couldn't be removed from certain dishes, he still kept it in. Thankfully there was no major incident but it could have been if we wasn't vigilant. Instead of admitting to the mistake and apologising, they laughed it off and dismissed it. According to them it should be fine because salad wasn't included in the main dish but the point was that the starters did. This was their error they couldn't own up to. It's already bad enough that chips aren't included with the burgers but even so we ordered them separately anyway. However when it came serving, food was all coming at different intervals so we were getting half orders for each person. One person got their chips ten minutes after they were given their burgers. The timings was so off - either serve one person at a time or wait and bring them all to the table in one go. Would I recommend? Probably not. There are a lot more places in Ilford with better food and high quality service”

  “This was my first visit to Monster Burger, based on a friend’s recommendation, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with quick service. Place opens at 1pm and we got there exactly at opening time which probably helped. I ordered the Monster Beef Burger and it was excellent, full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and served with a generous portion of chips. The steak meal we tried was also very good: tender, well-cooked, and packed with flavour. Overall, Monster Burger is a great local spot with quality food and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of the other items on the menu.”

  “Quick service and food was a great price. Chips and salad were 10/10. Whatever seasoning and sauce is used, needs to be sold in supermarkets. Steak was a little chewy and the mushroom sauce was kind of bland, but can’t really complain for the price. Will definitely visit again!”

  “Pretty decent place, even though its always busy and at times you have to wait to get seated, but wait is worth it i guess. There food is delicious, resonably priced and generous portion size. Staff is Friendly and helpful. Steak and Chips are recommended.”

  “Good food and good price during lunch. Had the steak with chips which was lovely however my preference next time would be to have the mushroom sauce separately rather than having it drizzled all over the steak. Customer service was a let down, staff just seemed miserable and moody. Shy to speak to customers or something was unusual for such a highly rated establishment. Will defo be trying their other branch very soon.”
