“Our first night staying at thr Premier inn Swanley. Thought we would have dinner in the restaurant paid for our meal in advance Arrived at 8:30pm ordered drinks a starter,main and dessert. Sat and waited and waited,had to remind the bar person we had ordered drinks He had no idea. Waitress spent 30 mins chatting to a group on the table next to us and never thought to ask us if we was waiting for food. I looked at my watch it was 9:40 still no sign of any meal By this time I'm getting annoyed so I ask have they any idea when we will get our meal. The waiter had not put our order into the kitchen So we sat again and waited and they brought the starter and main out at the same time. We were so disappointed that we didn't stay for dessert.”

“Probably would have been decent but as we were a group mainly of children the manager decided that they wouldn't be able to feed us for 2 hours, due to being understaffed. We obviously weren't prepared to wait so got drinks only as it was such a hot day”

“Very rude staff, they told us we can’t take walk in. I was with my daughter 10 month old and asked if we can sit for 5-10 minute. Lady server said you can’t sit as well. Please learn some manners.”

“The customer service is very poor; they are very unwelcoming. The only advantage is that they are next to the hotel; otherwise, that would not have been an option. I brought my whole family and told you that you should be out in less than thirty minutes as we have staff training.How can a family with children eat breakfast in less than thirty minutes when it was prebooked?”
