  “Lovely village pub, lovely polite staff, Sunday roast was delicious, 2 mains 1 side then a coffee & orange cordial all for £38 & left with full happy stomachs, will definitely be going back to sample the rest of the menu, 100% recommend”

  “Lovely little pub! The owners are so friendly and very welcoming. Me, my fiancé and our dog Bonnie were visiting from Manchester on our quiet staycation away. The food was nice. Plenty of gluten free options available, I had pizza and my fiancé had a burger. They gave Bonnie some treats and fuss! The fish and chips seemed to be very popular so I’d get that next time.”

  “Disappointing. Fell far short of reviews. The place was cold. Standard Sunday roast was average at best. The beef was not a roasting joint, tasted and looked like brisket Roast potatoes soggy, mashed potatoes were runny vegetables over cooked The Yorkshire pudding was horrid solid, uncooked and stodgy. Would not return.”

  “This place should be fully booked every night. Great hosts and staff, and the food is amazing. Weve eaten 3 times this week while on holiday in Ingleton. Pizza's delicious, burger was lovely, Steak was cooked to perfection and very tender. The garlic mushrooms are next level. The price point is just right for pub grub but is next level on quality. This place is a hidden gem. ...a must visit if your near by.5*...we will be back..”
