  “I used to visit this restaurant and have always had good experiences, but this time i had bad experience. Before visiting, I called the restaurant at around 1:00 pm, and the staff told me they would open for dine-in in five minutes. I went there for dine-in and ordered a chicken biryani. Unfortunately, the biryani served was not freshly prepared. It had been reheated, and when I spoke to the staff, they admitted it was from the previous day. If fresh biryani was not available, they should have informed me before serving it and given me the choice to wait for a freshly prepared one. Instead, they served yesterday's biryani without telling me. It was not fresh and the taste reflected that. As a regular customer, I expected much better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and be more clear with customers about the freshness of the food they serve.”

  “We had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff took our order, and after making us wait for 30 minutes, they came back to say that the tandoori chicken would take much longer because they were busy with online deliveries. They suggested we order chicken tikka instead, so we agreed. Another 15 minutes later, they came back to ask what kind of chicken tikka we wanted, even though that should have been clarified when they changed our order. To make matters worse, they served us plain dal tadka instead of the gongura pappu we had ordered. It was only after we pointed out the mistake and insisted that it wasn't what we had ordered that they replaced it. Our meals also arrived in parts rather than together, so we couldn't even enjoy the meal as a group. I understand that the chef may have been under pressure and busy with online orders, and I genuinely empathise with that. However, customers who choose to dine in also deserve respect for their time, hunger, and choice to visit the restaurant. Throughout the experience, we felt like dine-in customers were an afterthought. If the restaurant is going to prioritise online deliveries over people eating in, they should seriously consider operating as a takeaway-only business. Unfortunately, my brother brought me here to try it, but after this experience, I won't be returning. The least you can do for customers is to communicate in time if something is not gonna happen.”
