  “Last weekend, I visited this Restaurant with my family. We were very impressed by the appearance of the place. Unfortunately, our experience as customers was "totally" negative. We ordered our food and waited a long time. My Wife ordered a meal which included a Milk Shake. Here number was called. She was only given the Milk Shake after waiting for all that time. We objected to her not been given the full meal which was expected. The staff member gave a ridiculous explanation for this. The rest of her meal was provided after another long wait. My son and I, ordered a Burger meal with Fries. This was a BIG mistake indeed. The fries resembled what can only be described as something that had been scraped out of a bin where discarded food had been put. So the Fries have the skin on which we were not expecting. However, there were so many of the fries which were clearly cut from bad or rotten potatoes. The visual appearance was seriously off-putting. Also, they provided us with a big bag that was filled with these sickening disgusting looking fries thinking that we would be thrilled. They were very wrong. The Burger was ok, but the fries did not look fit for human consumption in any way. We were expecting normal clean-looking fries. We will NEVER EVER visit this Restaurant again.”

  “I ordered online and received my order early which was amazing BUT when it came I was missing items. The delivery man wasn’t much help, so I drove with the order unopened to five guys and the staff in five guys were brilliant. I was served by Georgian and Francis and I can say tell we’re amazing I was served quickly and they were very apologetic. Would definitely order from here again we’ll not online but instore”

  “Usually Five Guys is very generous in its fries. And they ask £4.95 a little fries and fill the paper bag with lots of fries. However this Five Guys branch is not. Dont go there if you want to eat fries. Other wise it is not for a value branch.”

  “Great to finally have a Halal Five Guys in South London, it's a great option for a burger and milkshake in the area. It's conveniently located in Valley Park with plenty of parking and plentiful seating. The food itself is exactly what you expect, but I think it's still a little pricey. A burger, fries and a drink/milkshake will easily set you back more than £20, so I think it's probably more of a one off type of place to go rather than a spot to go regularly.”
