  “Jiten, ajar, tyeeb, harsh, the whole team are so nice, i hope i spelled their names correctly. Customer service is always good and they asked me if everything was okay after i ate too. Food is always good too. Thanks so much, please give them something nice or a raise or something. I got a chicken burger meal, yummy”

  “Love the Burgers and the customer service! Sham is amazing: quick attentive, perspicacious, and incredibly knowledgeable! As a new customer (simply waking past), I found myself noticing the decor and appealing burger menu! Just as my interest kicked in, Sham introduced himself, provided me with a recommendation. As soon as I had a reservation about a particular sauce, he gave me the opportunity to try some alternatives which was incredibly helpful! It was Shams enthusiasm, brilliant customer service, extensive knowledge and due diligence that made me stop and buy/try the food! Well done team, loved the burger; delicious! Jiten & Azhar were also fantastic! Jiten served me and he was welcoming and also attentive and knowledgeable and Azhar made my delicious burger! Well done team Smacks! You will thrive in Thornton Heath!”

  “Visited to collect a delivery order. Staff advised a 2-minute wait. After 5 minutes I made an enquiry, to which the staff member responded by shouting and telling me to cancel and leave due to being busy. Such conduct is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect regardless of how busy the store is. Urgent customer service training is needed.”

  “I ordered cheese burger that didn’t taste like cheese and had a lot of ketchup inside and the bread was soft fallen apart like it was soggy and the buffalo wings I had the buffalo sauce the wings there wasn’t any wings but drumsticks and it was poured with buffalo sauce that tasted horrible wasn’t eatable”

  “Ordered this on ubereats. The burger looked nothing as advertised, tiny! Mc Donald's double cheese would have been better, and not £9! The loaded fries were disgusting. Chicken tenders not good. Really not good. Stay well away”
