About McDonald's
On Middlebrook Way in Cromer, McDonald's is a fast food restaurant and American diner serving its familiar menu of burgers, breakfast items, and chicken dishes through counter service. The space functions as a walk-in, with orders placed at the self-serve machines inside the lobby. High chairs are set up near the toilets for families with young children, and a delivery service runs alongside the in-house counter. The kitchen covers the standard American fast food range across the day, and the room opens for breakfast, lunch, and evening meals. The setting is straightforward, centred on quick counter service rather than a sit-down format.

Cleanliness draws the most detail, with one reviewer describing flies landing on a self-serve machine and the high chairs placed in the lobby leading to the toilets. Another reports a rude cleaner. One reviewer was handed a pricier substitute for a discontinued item without being told, and found the order slow. Others enjoyed milkshakes with granddaughters and a late-night tea run while on holiday.

“I ordered something they used to sell that they don't anymore I wasn't told they no longer sell it and instead was given a different similar but more expensive item but the food was still amazing as it always is but it also took a long time so although I love it I'm very annoyed now and it gets 2 stars”

“Staff were pleasant and food was as you would expect. The place was full of flies and generally wasn't that clean it really put us off, one self serve machine in particular had about 5 flies landing on it at a time. The high chairs were inside the lobby to the toilets which doesn't seem right. In general not a great experience.”
