  “Fabulous Place to visit for coffee and meals we went outside but the atmosphere inside was perfect beautiful beamed relaxed atmosphere ideal for meeting up would advise to book if you have a large group but worth it just off A46 so location is a plus ➕️ Disabled friendly too everything on the flat”

  “Great Cochinita Pibil, Cappuccino and Matcha Latte. Updated review 27-7-26: Tried the Eggs Yucatan from the breakfast menu this time! Another lovely menu item, they eggs were cooked beautifully! Great friendly staff like I've come to expect and another great cappuccino. 5*”

  “Excellent place for coffee, nice and bright (big windows) and friendly staff. Great brunch options too. Only two issues for me: firstly, only one seat where there's a socket (there's also a sign saying that on busy periods they can ask laptop users to get up). Secondly, 5pm closing time is also a bit early for my liking, but that's just me. But all in all, very nice place”

  “Great place to take visiting out of town friends and family if you want them to think you have great taste. Been here a few times and everytime it seems entirely full yet there are always two or three free tables - cleanly speedy expert lively and razor focused staff. Ordered a plate of every cake that looked good to go with coffee, meaning half of the selection and didn't have anything left to take photos of by the time I came to my senses... Sorry for pictureless review !”

  “Great brunch spot, very friendly and good vibes. Ordered pulled pork flatbread and cheese and ham toastie, bother came out very fresh and a good variety to choose from. They had extensive drinks menu and some cool summer specials, we opted for fruity frozen lemonade and cappuccino. Would recommend and couldn’t fault the staffs service 😊”

  “My new favourite tea room! 😍 Oliver’s service today was absolutely impeccable. He was attentive but not overbearing; he was friendly, helpful and just such a perfect host. The tea room felt really posh and it was so quiet and peaceful, we really enjoyed every second! The food and tea were perfect, too, with suitable options for lots of different dietary requirements! We will definitely be going back.”

  “We were visiting Coventry and our host recommended The Caffeine Project for our Saturday morning, and it was a great shout. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was really pleased — you can get gluten-free bread for the sandwiches and there are a few gluten-free cake options too. I went for the Eggs Royale and a brownie, and we also tried the avocado brunch. Everything was really tasty, the poached eggs were done perfectly with nice runny yolks. Coffee was good as well. If you’re around, it’s a really chilled spot for breakfast or brunch, with a nice vibe and super friendly staff 🙂☕️”
