“Lounge breakfast was the best of our meals, French dip was ok but the chicken club was definitely not good. Service was atrocious. Never asked us if the food was okay, never offered desserts, never cleared our table after eating. When looking for the toilets, the member of staff was leaning against a pillar typing on her mobile. This is definitely a hard no during service time.”
