Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the rooftop terrace, praising it as the setting for a wedding celebration and a book launch, and as a lovely spot on a sunny day. Close behind is the table service, where servers are called attentive and welcoming, and one reviewer describes how drinks were served quickly even for a large wedding group. A booked igloo for a birthday dinner drew praise for its adjustable heating, music and lights, along with the sticky honey chicken starter and the sticky toffee pudding, though the calamari was described as small. Lunch bowls with rump steak or tahini and sweet potato were called very nice, and one pair of staff cut up sausages for visiting dogs. The main complaint is a Sunday roast described as one of the worst a diner had eaten: soggy vegetables, soft chicken skin, a burnt Yorkshire pudding and lukewarm cappuccinos. The server passed the complaint to the kitchen but offered no discount or free dessert.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What was meant to be a quick coffee and casual business meeting somehow turned into dinner and a brilliant evening, which probably says everything about this place. From the moment we walked in, Emily was exceptional. She made us feel genuinely special — almost like royalty and found us the perfect meeting space: that rare balance of professional enough for business, but relaxed and cosy enough to actually enjoy being there. She was equally warm and welcoming to our guest, which made a real impression. Nick was fantastic too, attentive, professional and instinctively knew when to be there without ever being overbearing. You can tell they both genuinely understand hospitality and take pride in making people feel looked after. It was my first time here and throughout the evening the three of us kept commenting on how impressed we were. The food was excellent too. We genuinely only planned to stop for coffee, but because of the atmosphere and the service, we ended up staying for dinner and turning a business meeting into a really enjoyable evening. Emily and Nick — thank you. You absolutely made the experience. We really appreciated it and I’ll definitely be back soon. Lee”

“A lovely place to dine for either brunch, lunch or dinner. Something on the menu to suit all tastes and very reasonable. Lots of different seating options for both large parties and pairs. Rooftop terrace is lovely too.”

“We held our wedding meal and evening celebration at Coppa Club Cobham, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. From the very beginning, Kristyna was absolutely wonderful. She is genuinely one of the loveliest people and went above and beyond to accommodate everything I asked for.. including a magician, singer and quite randomly, a roulette table! Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. She has such a warm, calm and professional manner, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everything is right. When we arrived after our ceremony, she even introduced us to all of our guests without being asked. It was such a lovely touch and really showed how attentive she is. Kristyna just seems to instinctively know what she’s doing, and she truly excels at it. Kristyna and her team had set everything up beautifully, and the rooftop was the most perfect setting for our celebration. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was and how much it felt like being on holiday - exactly the relaxed, special atmosphere we had hoped for. The food was absolutely delicious, and all of the staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. One thing that really stood out was how efficiently drinks were served. At events, it’s so often the case that you spend ages waiting at the bar, but that simply wasn’t an issue here, even with a large group of guests. Everything ran so smoothly. Even towards the end of the evening, when the team were discreetly clearing things away, we never felt rushed or pressured to leave. They managed everything so professionally while still allowing us to enjoy those final moments of our celebration. We genuinely had the best time, and Coppa Club Cobham was the perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding. We will always have such happy memories of our day there, and a huge thank you to Kristyna and the entire team for helping to make it so special. Thank you for having us, for looking after us and our guests so brilliantly, and for doing such an incredible job. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough! ❤️”
