Customer Review Summary
Duck is the dish reviewers praise most, whether as duck and bean sprouts or among the duck dishes, with lemon chicken, chicken balls, sesame toast, spring rolls, Singapore chow mein and chicken and sweetcorn soup close behind. Several also describe friendly staff and delivery drivers, and fast or on-time delivery. Opinions on the cooking split sharply, though. Chow mein is called bland and dry by one reviewer and oily by another, and the salt and pepper chicken and beef were described as dry to the point of inedible. Another found the mains reheated rather than fresh, and a seafood tray had overcooked crab claws and mostly crab sticks. Service problems recur too: one diner says dozens of calls went unanswered while a Saturday order never arrived on time, and another says a confirmed online payment led the driver to return for cash. One reviewer reports family illness after eating the chicken. One diner received prawn balls instead of chicken balls and suggests shellfish allergy sufferers double check.

“Firstly service was efficient and really friendly so was excited to tuck in. Ordered various mains and sides. Unfortunately most seemed re-heated and not fresh. Was very very bland but us English do tend to ruin most cuisines 😆 so not really sure who's at fault. Chow mein was really oily also 😔 Unfortunately don't think I'll be returning”

“I ordered rice, salt and pepper chicken, and salt and pepper beef. There were no issues with the rice; however, both the chicken and beef dishes were completely inedible and have been thrown away. They were incredibly dry and difficult to chew – almost like eating rocks. I wish I were exaggerating, but unfortunately, I am not. The speed of delivery and the driver were great, but I’m sorry to say the food itself was awful. Really disappointing, especially considering the price paid.”

“Really enjoyed duck and bean sprouts and chicken and sweetcorn soup! Salt and pepper seafood tray was a little disappointing because there were lots of crab sticks and some squid and crab claws were overcooked (brown rather than golden).”
