  “Fresh fried fish cooked to perfection. Great Kebabs too. Check out their Vinegar for life deal. The staff are always very welcoming and create a warm inviting atmosphere”

  “The food here was not great,chips were anaemic and partially cooked,some still raw in middle and the chicken kebab meat was super salty. Spent £18 for 2 of us and majority went in the bin.”

  “Food is always good and cooked perfectly. the main problem is the lady with blue hair has a massive attitude problem.had my money ripped out off my hand and my change chucked at me.at the same time 3 other customers walked out.”

  “This is far from my local chippy, heard alot if good reviews so thought we'd try is for ourselves. Was not disappointed. The sausage special was very nice, chips, 2 small sausages, gravy. Quick service too. Parking is not that great, a couple spaces outside the shop or a side street. Worth the travel though”

  “This used to be my only chippy I would go to. Not no more now. I thought 3rd time lucky tonight I was wrong First of 3 bad ones was my mums fish was very thin and very chewy it went to the cat. Second time I tried the fish again and was same fir me Third time tonight infact. I thought ill try something different i asked for large chips and when I got home there was no more than 3 hand fulls of chips dry stone cold. Mushy peas very sweet and stodgy and I asked and paid for a curry sauce pffft wasn't there was it a large 1 So 3 bad experiences tells me to stay away now 😕 I didn't go back it's too far and kids at home but unfortunately they didn't get many chips . to dry and no curry. Bye bye from me the list can go.on bit longer but that's enough to put me off Plus the lady owner is very rude and makes you feel very uncomfortable at times No thankyou no more”

  “Excellent fish and chips - fresh, well cooked and delicious! Very nicely presented and the fresh lemon and tartar sauce was a great addition. Staff members are extremely friendly - your kindness after a long day cleaning up after the flood was truly welcome. I will definitely be back 😀”
