About The Batch House
The Batch House is a food court in Chesterfield, on The Glass Yard, with several independent food vendors under one roof. Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the food hall setup, where a QR code or app at the table lets diners order from several independent outlets and have it brought over. Named dishes include a grilled chicken foldey and fries from Waza's with fresh, homemade dough, excellent calamari and chips, pizza and fries, and the Greek and Indian food, plus Taste Peru. Families, including a neurodivergent group, describe feeling relaxed and not judged when children are noisy. The Wednesday Pop Quiz brings repeat visitors, and football fans stop in before Chesterfield matches. On the downside, food arrives at different times because it comes from separate kitchens, and one early visitor found only one outlet open and says it was not clear this is a food hall rather than a bar. One group celebrating a birthday had staff bring out the cake they had brought.
