Customer Review Summary
Salt and chilli chicken is the dish reviewers raise most, whether in the snack boxes or the half and half with curry, and one calls it vastly improved after a couple of years away. Close behind are chicken and green pepper in black bean sauce and the chicken Maryland, with diners describing the food as tasty, hot on arrival and generous in portion. Value comes up repeatedly, along with friendly, chatty counter staff and short waits, even for walk-in orders. The complaints are fewer but specific. One reviewer found the crispy chicken with honey and chilli very poor, with an off smell and taste, and the noodles lacking, though the chips, curry and fried rice were okay. Another received two sirloins with gravy all over the bag, plates swimming in oil and more fat than steak. A delivery order was mixed up, and that reviewer describes being shouted at on the phone about rebagging it after a long wait just to place the order. Even so, the delivery driver was called lovely, and the salted chilli chicken snack boxes are still the item one diner says can't be beaten.
