“Ordered a takeaway after a big night out. They delivered the wrong food but as we were starving we decided to go ahead and eat it. We received a call from King 11 saying they were coming to take the food back. I told them it was their error but we had started to eat as we were not willing to wait. They said they were coming to get the difference in cost ( couldn't have been much) and I pointed out again it was their error!! I was told we were blacklisted and the phone was slammed down on me. Terrible customer service!!”
