Customer Review Summary
Late and slow delivery is the complaint reviewers raise most, with orders arriving well over an hour after being quoted a shorter time, sometimes not warm, and one reviewer reporting an order that never arrived after it was taken by phone. A driver reportedly told one customer that too many orders were being taken. Food quality splits sharply. Praise goes to the satay chicken skewers, the honey chilli chicken and the fried noodles, along with generous portions, fair prices and friendly staff who offered extra prawn crackers. Critics describe a chicken curry that was inedible and too salty, fried rice that was boiled rice with a little egg, and a char su chow mein that was a carton of noodles with tiny pieces of meat and no vegetables. One reviewer calls the food over seasoned with salt or garlic and inconsistent, and phone service is described as sharp or rude by a few. One caller who said they would not order again was answered with "yea ok" before the line was put down.

“Just a regular takeaway and server was really nice and helpful. Chicken curry was awful, so salty or over MSG, I don't know, but inedible. Fried rice was boiled rice with a tiny bit of egg thrown in. Not be back.”

“Charged almost £9 for what should of been a char su chow mein but was just a carton of noodles with microscopic pieces of meat, zero vegetables. Their chef told me that they have never had a complaint about this dish I totally believe this is not true . The fact the ,so called chef ,treated me as if I was ignorant to what the dish should of looked and tasted like . He should take a look at The Imperial Kitchen Ballyclare and he will see what a Char Su chow Mein should be. Absolute rip off.Shame on them 😡”

“Really nice food and quick service, I thought the honey chilli chicken and fried noodles were very good. The staff members are really friendly and offered us more prawn crackers.”
