  “Ordered two pizzas and a drink, but the drink was missing from the delivery. I called the store to ask about it and request a refund, but after the initial conversation they stopped answering my calls. I was repeatedly told the drivers were “too busy,” which felt like an excuse to avoid resolving the issue. It’s disappointing to receive incomplete orders and even more frustrating when customer service refuses to put things right. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.”

  “Our go 2 takeaway such good value for money. This fills 3 people up with left overs. Pizza is always so good. And we love the popcorn chicken that’s the first thing we always go for 😂. But if I went to Pizza Hut and got all this it would be about £50 I paid £20 for all this. And even when I asked for fries instead of chips they gave me fries. Which most places would say they can’t do that. Always fills us up to but 1 thing I will say is I don’t recommend the naan bread because I don’t think there was enough cheese and when I was eating it wasn’t melted and it tasted quite doughey. The delivery drivers are always nice too and you can pay cash or card on the app.”

  “I have always had a good meal at your cannock branch but I'm appalled by the meal I got today,chips look like left overs from yesterday, Algerian source not given well just a dab here and there,donor meat looks like it's from yesterday as well...I'm not chuffed rather go somewhere else.”

  “I’ve had my fair share of burgers but these were by far the worst. We paid over £10 per burger meal, what came was a rustler style £1 burger and some chips. We got completely scammed. First and last time.”

  “Food was piping hot , so happy to get masala fish from a local as don't think any other chippys do it in area x ( previous review from 7 months ago) whete i gave 5 stars Now updating in may 2026 i have used alladins one star food js fine but having chilli sauce on kifs meal when requested ketchup saying their boss said its their new ketchup by looking at a pic and not knowing the taste it is spicy and definitly chilli sauce will not use again.”

  “I do enjoy having pizza from here, usually once a week. When Aladdins get things right, I find that the pizzas are tasty and fresh and hot. But twice I've attempted to pre order, and twice they have failed to deliver the pizza at the time specified. It's disappointing, especially when they are given plenty of notice as well. This means that the pizza is late, and not very nice at all. The first time it was shocking, and the pizza was thrown away. I will say that the staff do try really hard to rectify things, which is very much appreciated. Overall, I like this place better than other local pizza shops, but deliveries can be a bit frustrating. The only reason that I select delivery is because there isn't any good parking outside the shop, and I don't want to park on double yellow lines or hold up traffic in an attempt to collect the pizza. It also means that there are never any good delivery offers, as they are aimed at people collecting instead. Overall, I will keep using Aladdins, but there is still room for improvement.”

  “Amazing place went in ordered a fish and chips didnt know about any lunchtime offers member of staff said theres a special offer on mini fish n chips. Ordered the food with curry sauce and a roe 5 out of 5 crispy and tasty Highly recommended”

  “Yes like other comments, new place and nice food. Keep it up as alot of fast food places don't. I had 3 xl pizzas and they were delicious, 2 chips which were like chippy chips not the frozen type, and chicken wings. All were beautiful so can't fault. Keep it up. Friendly staff too, shame about parking so recommend ring before hand. Can't add my pics for some reason buy this place is definitely worth a try.”
