  “Absolutely amazing place to eat! I had the Tempura Salt & Pepper Box and it was incredible—fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The food was top quality, and the service made the experience even better. Yusef and Ash were both brilliant, really welcoming and friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “The best takeaway we have ever come across, food is amazing is delivered steaming hot and on time, tasty delicious and plenty, 100% recommend this take away! So much to choose from! Tonight's order was the curry meal deal for one (lamb madras) absolutely delicious and for my husband jerk chick tenders and a mixed kebab, nothing to complain about! We will definitely be ordering again cannot fault a thing. Well done stubbins tandoori”

  “The food came really warm and the burger and chips were nice. The chicken tikka tasted old not made fresh and was not spicy as I asked for spicy also it did not come with the garlic and herb dip which I ordered, as for the naan it was small and did not have enough cheese or garlic in it”

I went for the Special Mixed Shashlik Sandwich Box, and let me tell you – it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I opened the box, the aroma hit me: smoky grilled meats, vibrant spices, and that unmistakable char you only get from a proper tandoor. The mixed shashlik featured perfectly cooked pieces of chicken, lamb, and tender seekh kebab, all marinated in a rich, spiced yogurt blend that had clearly been given time to infuse properly. The meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavour – no dryness, no shortcuts. Served in a warm naan, loaded with crisp salad and drizzled in their house sauce, every bite had the perfect balance of spice, texture, and satisfaction. The naan itself was fluffy and lightly charred, soaking up the juices from the meat without falling apart. Portion size? Generous. You could easily share it – if you're feeling charitable. But honestly, once you start, you won’t want to stop. Service was quick and friendly, and the whole experience felt like a masterclass in how great takeaway food should be done. If you're anywhere near Ramsbottom and haven’t tried the Special Mixed Shashlik Sandwich Box from Stubbins Tandoori, you’re missing out. It’s bold, satisfying, and seriously addictive. Highly recommend. I’ll be back – probably sooner than I should be.”
