  “Avoid this pizzas are horrible. Ordered 2 large pizzas the whole of the pizzas were both undercooked especially had a soggy base not taste at all the toppings were all sliding of the slice I had pizzas before from alot of places but this definitely the worst. Rang in to complain worker from there wasn't very professional told him about the pizzas. But straight away didn't believe me and insisted pizzas were fine told him I wanted a full refund or alternative food . Kept putting me on hold just to get rid of me. Then put phone down on me rang again dint answer then tried for 3rd time picked up and then said he couldn't do nothing about it. Avoid”

  “very friendly staff, even made my friend a wrap which isnt on the menu, very good people, food was very lovely will be back, only thing to improve the place is put some seating inside like the accrington branch so we can eat in :p, the benches exist but no tables anywhere”

  “I’m not going to lie I was very dubious about trying something new but this place never faults me food is always spot on the staff our very polite always go out there way to help delivery driver is very friendly and polite to food always comes hot and fresh definitely highly recommended this place I love the lamb chops so tasty everything is spot on even the Donna meat I’ve tried a lot of food from here and it’s always spot on taste delicious definitely recommend this amongst most takeaways I’ve tried in Burnley keep up the hard work you guys do”

  “"They forgot to load the fries..." Ordered the loaded Fries they had on offer in the window. Cost £4.50. Had to wait 10 minutes. There is parking outside but during busy times, you'd struggle. From the moment I collected the food I knew I'd be disappointed.. It was served in a small fries box... in which you could prob just fit a portion of fries. In all fairness the food was OK nothing too wrong and ok for a quick lunch or snack... but not at that price.... So the fries were cooked well but were bland ... im sure they forgot to season them. There was a drizzle of cheese sauce... kinda OK I guess.. I was expecting pieces of chicken instead I got 'bits' of chicken here and there.... so definitely not loaded... You get more chicken in a 99p halal sandwich. I go to the Naafiah in Blackburn assuming it's the same company so generally their food is good but they def need to improve this.”

  “Family felt like some grilled food while in the Burnley area. I have been here before in the past both to mixed reviews so I just wanted to try it again an hoped for some improvement. I got the mixed sizzler on chips an we also got the grilled chicken burger meal. Chicken burger was spot on no complaints but I just do not like the chips they use, they are very oily and also with the mix sizzler alot of the steak was over chewy. I said i wanted chilli an chutney sauce but not as much as they put on they plastered it with sauce so couldnt even taste the grill taste. Lovely place and I hope it improves but for me wasnt my favourite grilled option hence why the 3 stars from me.”

  “Always dubious when trying a new takeaway. However, in some ways it adds to the expectations. We placed our order over the phone and were served by a polite young man. Off we went some 15 mins later to collect our chicken stir fry on Naan, and a mixed platter. The same young man served us - a short wait and we were presented with our food. Freshly made, piping hot and boy oh boy absolutely delish. What more can I say but we’d definitely return for more of their excellent food, reasonable prices and polite service.”

  “Awesome place to eat in Burnley. There is plentiful seating inside and the interior is very nice, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and really take their time with your order. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The beef stir fry is excellent. Would definitely recommend Naafiah 10/10”
