  “Just got home. 1. Ordered chicken kebab with salad and garlic sauce - got one with no salad. 2- ordered chicken donner kebab - got spicy chicken donner. 3- ordered chicken kebab in pita - got it in a wrap. 4. 1 of drinks was wrong Won’t be going back”

  “I rarely review places as my time is very tight, but I really have to do it here. Food is fresh, portions are decent and the atmosphere and service are top notch. This staff is seriously good from meat, to fries to salads and sauces. McDonalds and KFC taste like plastic compare to this - have no idea why I give it a chance only now, but I am definitely coming back! Thanks guys and enjoy yourself everyone 😃👌”

  “Food is okay, but they didn't include the can of pop I worked and paid for, that money was stolen from me. The salad selections I requested was completely ignored, my daughter is allergic to onions so she couldn't eat any of it despite NO onions being ordered on the meal. It was covered in red onioins... There was about 3 small straps of lettuce on my food, which I did order... but how tight do you have to be to cut back on lettuce??!! Zero chance I will order from Big B's again as a result !! Just make the food your customers ask for please, not what you feel like they should eat.”

  “What a legendary company Big Bs are, just ordered from Just eat website tonight and I would recommend this food company to anyone as I already have to family. The food is always super tasty and brilliant. Thank you for the amazing milkshake! The staff always have a welcoming smile and awesome banter with my partner.”

  “Food was ok, but very cold, i didnt travel very far with the food after i left, i have travelled further journeys with other foods and they been piping hot, this was just pure cold like it come out of freezer, this needs improvement, the other thing is the donner had a lot of bits in it, very hard bits too, so nearly broke my tooth biting into it without looking, i shouldn't have to look and investigate my donner thoroughly before eating it, thats just poor quality donner, please sort this out as could be a choking hazard for kids. The burger was really nice, i dont like onion rings but your ones actually very nice, if you decide to change your donner supplier then i will be back and become a regular. Otherwise its goodbye for me.”

  “Amazing place! The team is fantastic and the service is always at a very high level. The staff are polite, respectful and make you feel welcome every time. We sometimes eat in, but most of the time we order takeaway, and it’s always excellent. The food is very вкусна (delicious 😄) and always fresh. We are truly impressed definitely the best in Burnley and even one of the best in the UK!”

  “Absolutely love this place! I can’t rate it highly enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, which makes the whole experience even better. The premises are bright, clean, and welcoming whether you're dining in or taking away. There's also a customer toilet available, which is always a bonus. This is the second time I’ve visited while down in Burnley, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ve realised I can’t get this kind of quality especially the Burgerrizza and those amazing milkshakes anywhere in Manchester. So now, it’s become a proper treat whenever I’m in Burnley. The chips with red salt and burgerritza are a must-try, and the milkshakes are divine, easily the best I’ve ever had. Everyone needs to try this place. You won’t be disappointed.”

  “Start to finish was a disaster. Delivery was over 30 mins late to begin with (thankfully still warm - only thing that went right with this order. In a donner/salad/chips tray, the salad was inconsistent with only half a slice of cucumber and way more onion and lettuce. The chips were greasy and the donner meet had a lack of taste with clearly no seasoning and overcooked and burn. Our other item was a donner and cheesy garlic bread. The donner meat was overcooked and burn - even our cat struggled to chew this. Safe to say our first and last order with these. Can't see them staying open for long producing that quality of food.”
