“My 3rd time ordering since I came to stay at Gateaway homeless centre down the road from your business in 4th mth staying here. Had special curry special rice good food plus your battered sweet & sour food dish it's all good foods plus your prawn toast & meat spring rolls. I wouldn't like to affend your business look if been your own way for years cos not everyone can afford to do it too. Your takeaway shopfront on busy mainroad to thore. It could do with a shopfront out look update for years to come of nicer look for your family business to but your food is good 👍”

“Absolutely shocking customer service from the lady on the phone. Just tells lies. We ordered on just eat and they cancelled the order after taking to money. So when I called to ask what was going on she said you have to pay an extra £2 cash on top of the already nearly £4 delivery fee. She then lied and said the money (nearly £34) would be refunded in ten minutes. What a surprise it hasn’t. I suggested they take our postcode off just eat so this doesn’t happen see shouted even louder at me at me and hung up. At no point did I raise my voice to her. Absolutely scamming for extra money. Probably to claw just eat fees back.”

“I have used this as a take away for years, unfortunately it made us sick and they don’t care! My other half was coming home late and decided we are having a late night Chinese. I spoke with the regular woman who’s lovely. The meal arrived the prawns seemed a little soft but okay. An hour later we were both violently sick, both of us were sick for the next at least 12 hours, we felt awful for at least 24hrs. I called the company and explained that there must be an issue with one of there items so they could check and not make other sick it and to be honest I wasn’t happy to pay for food that has made us sick. They said I ordered from Just eat so they could not refund me! CRAP! If I owned a company if I had a loyal customer for years and they had any issue I’d ensure they were happy especially with food that has made them ill! They refused to refund me and I asked Just eat they said to report the company to the health department! I’m not going to report them as this could close a small business who work hard but as they don’t care about me I don’t care about leaving a review! I hope they learn to respect their customers a little more.”
