“Just had an order, it cost £6.50 delivery charge for 0.9 miles and the food was freezing cold, when l rang to say it was cold and about the delivery charge they were very rude and put the phone down on me. Will never use them again. Disgusting behaviour.”

“Gone massively down in 6 weeks. Portions tiny, no onions and peppers on salt and pepper chips, salt & pepper chicken half the size it was 6 weeks ago. They're even using smaller trays. Only accepts cash so obviously doesn't pay the correct tax by underdeclaring, and the dishes are getting progressively worse and smaller. A sly and evil way of doing business.”

“I've been a long-time customer of Happy Valley and have always enjoyed their food—until today. This order was incredibly disappointing. The chips were clearly from yesterday, reheated in oil and left limp and greasy. The salt and pepper chicken wings were dry and tough, with the unmistakable texture of reheated leftovers. Even the duck in hot and spicy sauce was far too salty, completely overpowering the flavour. I also took photos of the meal, which clearly show the poor quality.
