  “Beautiful decor, lovely staff and great service — unfortunately, the food was a bit of a disappointment. The Fritto Misto starter felt more like something from the frozen section of a local supermarket than a dish I’d expect at this kind of restaurant. The pork main was better: the meat itself was lovely and well cooked, but the rest of the dish didn’t quite live up to it. Dessert was a panna cotta, which was perfectly fine, but again, nothing I would particularly rave about. Overall, I really wanted to love the food because a friend suggested it, the setting is beautiful and the staff were wonderful, but sadly the food just didn’t impress me as much as I had hoped. A bit disappointing.”

  “I have visited Aqua many, many times over the years. I was so disappointed to receive such bad service last week.. I ordered a Gin and Tonic and when it was delivered to my table, the tonic was poured in already and the server said ‘there you go Darling’. My dining companion arrived and she too was greeted with ‘can I get you a drink love’! Really? We ordered, we ate. The food was decent. No one came to ask ‘is everything okay with your food’. When we finished our meal no one asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. We asked for the bill and left. A few years ago, my family chose to have our Christmas dinner here. There were 12 of us. Compared to how this place used to be, it has gone downhill and the service is not very good at all. The food was decent but it is not a cheap place so you expect it to be decent. Will not be returning. Sadly disappointed as I have a lot of good memories of this place.”

  “My friend booked a table here for dinner. Nice decor. Great menu. We had a window seat, the windows and doors were pulled back which was great as it was a warm evening. The staff were friendly and informative. The food was delicious and really well priced, great value for money. I'd definitely return when next in Bromley.”

  “The best place to eat in Bromley by a mile. To start, you're welcomed by the fantastic team and thoroughly looked after throughout. Then you have a fantastic menu to choose from. To me, the steaks are a particular stand out! But I've tried plenty on the menu and you won't be disappointed. All super tasty and cooked to perfection. Aqua is a real treat and look forward to my next visit”

  “Have been coming here somewhat regularly and most recently went for my mums birthday. The food here is always done very well and to a very high stabdard and they also offer a wide menu..resteraunt is also clean and the food always comes prompty. Definitely would recommend.”

  “It was my first time visiting this restaurant in Bromley and from the very beginning until the end, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and attentive, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout the whole evening. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a stylish and elegant interior that creates the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner. The food was delicious. I had the gnocchi, which was rich, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We also tried the calamari, which was crispy and very well presented. The wine was excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. For dessert, we had baileys creme brulee and brownie, and both were absolutely lovely. Everything felt impeccable, from the service to the presentation of each dish. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I truly loved this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended”

  “Great atmosphere, generous portion size and the drinks were fun too. Authentic Mediterranean dishes, kleftiko lamb, aubergine, tzatziki, taramasalata, really lovely soft pitta. Excellent quality vegetables, meat and fish. Service was mixed, and also the front door kept being left wide open on a freezing cold night! Cold feet. Not romantic! 😠”

  “Good local place. Visited by quite a few people even on a Tuesday night. Big starter portions. Food was decent, but one of my party (of 9) had slight food poisoning from the chicken and rice main. They may need to make sure they heat up the food properly. No complaints otherwise. Good decor.”

  “Today I visited this restaurant and I really don’t understand the bad reviews. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. All the waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my toddler. They catered to her every need with such patience and care, making sure she felt comfortable throughout our meal, which in turn meant, we were fully able to enjoy our meals. Their thoughtful and accommodating service truly went above and beyond. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, my photos really don’t do the dishes justice as we were tucking in way before I had chance to snap a quick pic. The ingredients were fresh, and the chef's attention to detail was evident with each bite. I even ordered a huge portion of the salsa as that was phenomenal and I wanted to take some home. Whether you're a fan of hearty mains or prefer lighter options, there's something for everyone. We ordered from the main and set menu, I started with the fish cake, leg of lamb for my main and the Aqua Sundae for dessert. All absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and so many tasty flavours and textures. They don’t have a kids menu but will let you choose items from the main menu in a smaller portion. Overall, Aqua delivers not just a meal, but an experience. It's clear that both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place where great food meets exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere! Really enjoyed the music selection too! Really adds to the ambience. I will most definitely be back.”
