  “We attempted to call the restaurant to check regard a nut and shell fish allergy however after several calls where the member of staff refused to provide any information before placing the order, he was then Extremely rude and wouldn’t speak to be unless I gave a post code. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.save your money and go somewhere else.”

  “I ordered through Uber eats and forgot to change the delivery address. I called the business immediately to rectify. They advised me to message the number I called. Which, I did, but the messages failed to go through. I called them back. They hung up on me and blocked my number. I have been charged full price for this order, and nothing has been received. Dispute claim has been made with uber eats directly so we will see but the customer service has been terrible. You follow what they advise you to do which doesn’t work. You call them back, they hang up, and then your number is blocked from calling them. First experience and most definitely the last experience with this business.”

  “Went into the store to get a couple of kebabs, and when wrapping the server asked us to choose our salads and sauces. After asking which sauces they have he said "just choose", and after literally about 3 seconds of indecision he repeated "make up your mind" several times. Super rude and the kebab was way overpriced for what it was. This was the worst kebab I've had from any place I've been to in Bristol. The meat was dry and had a rubbery texture, the salad was poor quality, and the service was incredibly rude. Do not recommend Update on 30/03/26: I went in again, really hoping that they'd have turned it around. The customer service was an improvement (not outright unpleasant) but still was rushed, careless and inhospitable. I ordered a kebab wrap and chicken nuggets. They gave me fewer nuggets than I had paid for, which was annoying as this wasn't for me, so we didn't check until I got home. Also, when I was eating the kebab I noticed the insulation paper used leaves glistening marks when ripped, as if glitter had been sprinkled where the tears had been made. This was extremely offputting as it felt like I was eating glitter. Despite this major let down, the kebab was still worse amazingly. Horrible ingredients, service, flavour, and packaging. I strongly discourage going here.”

  “One of the best pizza places in Bristol, without a doubt. Since discovering this place, it’s honestly hard for me to order pizza from anywhere else. The flavor is amazing and you can really taste the quality in every bite. If you're looking for a great place to enjoy a fantastic meal, this spot is definitely worth trying. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the overall quality is always excellent. Highly recommended if you’re a pizza lover!😉”

  “Always love coming here! I highly recommend the pizza — they seriously have the best pizza in the world. The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are always fresh and generous, and every bite tastes amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite places — can’t wait to come back again! 🍕✨”

  “Deserves a much better rating than they have. The homemade chilli sauce is lovely, it hasn't changed in years and I was a regular here 10 years ago. Came back tonight and it was like going back in time. Friendly, clean, decent doner and in a great location make this a winner. Brill ❤️”

  “Great location right in the middle of Whiteladies. Good place to order a take away pizza, donner, or kebab. I got my chicken pizza really fast plus complimentary soft drink. The atmosphere is friendly. The shop is quite lively, especially in the evening. And they work till late for takeaways. The prices are a bit higher than expected.”
