“i ordered food late as it was one of the only places open and we thought “great we can eat tonight”. we went through 4 delivery drivers and different times on the order. it took 1hour and 45 minutes and when we called no one answered and then we checked uber eats again and it refreshed our screen, we were confused until we figured out they had cancelled after almost 2 hours of waiting. now we’re all hungry tired and fuming. don’t order from this place they’ll just mess you around. unkind regards”

“Probably the worst service I've had from a takeaway. Got two pizza's from them last night. Tracking said 1hr for delivery. We waited an hour and 20mins before calling. When we called they said 20mins, I asked if the food had left their premises he said no we are about to make it. I told him cancel the order can't wait any longer as kids were even falling asleep and the pizza was bought for them. He put the phone down on me, I wake up this morning to find pizza outside on my doorstep which we have checked CCTV it was left way after chasing them. How can you be so cruel as a business to force a transaction on a customer to the point of leaving the food outside no knock after being told to cancel. Best award for customer satisfaction 2026 goes to your establishment and we are not even 12hrs into the new year.”
