  “1* Shocking / disgusting customer servie. Food came after 1hr & half. On a Tuesday. I ordered food over 40 quid was told it would be an hour to deliver. I've been waiting 1hr 45 min and I can't get through to them. The kids have got school tomorrow and I haven't fed them yet. I managed to get through to them again eventually and he told me he's packing the order now and will send it out. He then threatened me and said do u want it or not. I won't send it. Obv I was stuck and needed the food asap. But this is disgusting. Never ordering from here again. Shocking service. The food came. It was all fine. However the pizza was full of tomatoes and no chicken and tasted like water. I have never had a pizza that was this bad. The whole box went in the bin. What a waste.”

  “Misleading prices. Open for two week now under new ownership. The menu they advertise isn’t active yet they said. Says 6.50 and charged us 8.75 for half chicken. Said the prices are wrong can’t do nothing about it. Refuse to go hear again. Wrongful advertising to get people in the door. Will not be going going. Avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off”

  “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order through Uber Eats with Raja's Grill at Leeds Road, and it was never delivered. There were no updates on the app whatsoever, leaving me completely in the dark about what was happening. To make matters worse, I called the takeaway and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to answer. When they finally did, they immediately hung up without saying a word. My Uber Eats order still remained unresolved, with no communication or explanation. This is incredibly poor customer service. If you don't have the staff or capacity to fulfil orders placed through delivery platforms, then you shouldn't be accepting them in the first place. Taking customers' money without providing the food or any communication is unacceptable. The order was for my young son, who was really looking forward to it and was extremely disappointed when it never arrived. In the end, we ordered from Frangoz on the same road instead. Their service was excellent, they kept us updated, and our food arrived ahead of schedule. Raja's Grill could certainly learn a lot from how Frangoz treats its customers. I won't be ordering from Raja's Grill again unless there are significant improvements to both their customer service and order management.”

  “I’ve been ordering from this place since ever , the fact that they changed the peppers in smaller cuts changes all the taste of the pizza and probably they didn’t ask for a feedback about this change . Guys , I love u to bits but old is gold . Keep it to green peppers long strips and also not all pizzas need peppers. Peace out ✌️”

  “Been ordering from here for 20 years but won't be anymore as the pizza base and the fries have been changed to a lower quality. Pizza base thin and undercooked. Chips are nasty, not even real potatoe and thin no filling. Worse than mcdonalds. Used to be the best pizza in bradford. What happened? Lost a good customer.”

  “Ordered from here yesterday for staff lunch for everyone. Horrible quality. Chips did not look fresh, they were hard and stale with no potato inside. Lamb on the pizza was overly cooked to point it was hard and dry and v dark. Rang back and staff response was chips come like that!! Er so u didnt fry them day before???we were told they just a franchise and speak to main branch who supply ingredients he was rude about it. It was our first and and last visit waste of £55”

  “Stay well clear if you still want to be hungry after you’ve had your food. The chicken in the burgers are paper thin. I don’t get why these takeaways have to beat the fillet to a pulp to make it look bigger than it is. Also staff have an attitude if you don’t like working there then find another job don’t be taking your frustration out on the customers.”

  “Ordered collection and paid a lot for it. The lamb chops were so flat and had no meat on it. Just bones. Was very disappointed. I will attach a pic too.”

  “I don’t normally get a family-size pizza; a regular size is fine. However, I ordered a family-size pizza because a family member came over. When I opened the pizza at home, something wasn’t right. It had a crust about two inches thick. The taste was alright, but it seemed like more of a twelve-inch pizza with extra crust. I don’t think this is normal practice, but if it is, it’s not right.”

  “We bought 2 peri peri burger meals. It was good. I won’t lie. Maybe a bit more flavoursome in terms of spice. Maybe for what you pay a bit bigger. But can’t coMplain. It went down a treat. Love the fact you can put your own sauce on. The chilli sauce is boss ! Was going to order dinner but felt like it’s not fresh. It’s bucket donner. Don’t pass the chicken burger by. It’s a must try !”
