  “Extremely disappointed with my order. I paid for a full chicken, but what I received was clearly an older/aged bird — meat was tough, dry, and chewy. Worse still, it wasn’t fully cooked — parts were still pink and underdone, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Chips were also very poor quality: terrible appearance, looked unappealing and not fresh at all. Definitely not worth the money, won’t be ordering again and can’t recommend.”

  “I ordered pizza today, and it didn’t taste good at all. I had ordered from you twice before because I thought the pizza would be better next time, but the taste has been getting worse day by day. I was very disappointed with both the food and the service. That not in good look as well. It was not worth the money.”

  “Hands down the worst service I've ever had in my life, me and my.wife are from halifax and frangos is one our favourite places the quality is always good and customer service is great just had one delivered from the express in Bradford and its like a completely different company I compared the 2 meals we got and one of them looked like the donner meat had been eaten so didn't dare touch it, the burger wasn't spicy at all and if the food werent bad enough the girl answering the phone was pretending she couldn't hear me then she kept putting the phone down, I'm guessing it's because it was close to closing time. Frangos you need to get better staff they are taking the p**s out of your customers ,I will say one good thing, the coleslaw was lovely although I doubt they make that.”

  “I never leave reviews but the woman working the phone at frangoz redeemed my whole night. I’d ordered via uber eats and the driver had never delivered my food (never actually picked it up which I’d found out after I had called the restaurant to check if they know what happened to my order) While I’ve been trying to contact uber regarding their abysmal service, the woman who I had originally spoke to had called me back and offered to arrange one of their drivers to deliver the food for me instead. They were able to get this to me within 10 minutes and the delivery driver was very kind and apologetic (even though it was not their fault). The food wasn’t as fresh and it had been reheated but I massively appreciate them for going out of their way to make sure my food got to me. Bar the above, whenever I get food from these guys, it has always been fresh, warm and tasty and has become my go to for my weekly takeout treat.”

  “I placed an order through Just Eat and discovered a bug crawling in my food. I feel sick knowing I even took a bite before noticing it. This is completely unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards I’ve inserted a photo but the bug is now dead”
