  “Very expensive prices but very cheap quality food, worse than any other food that iv had.. wings was pre cooked and just dipped with over flavoured barbecue sauce, the big dripper burger was 3 patties but size of kids meal burger. NEVER AGAIN !!”

  “Came from York, haven't tried mahmoods before, thought id try this place out, highly don't recommend it unfortunately, frozen S, king Kong burger what was that !😡 frozen burgers in a tiny bun, my son got a S frozen filet, chips had no salt on at all, my younger son got chicken, that was most probably made when they opened at 11am, we went at 7pm, our burnley has better food than this, atleast it's freshly made, when I go out to eat in different cities n towns, I realise how nice our food is, salah's is soo much better value and quality food, anyways won't be returning, good luck to whoever eats at this place 🤮”

  “Great fast food joint, and what an incredibly generous 25 year anniversary offer! Very patient, helpful and friendly staff taking our large group order on an exceptionally busy day. Very clean seating arrangement upstairs too. We ordered wraps, burgers, pizzas and they were all great. We played a few rounds of imposter and before we knew it, our order was ready. Great range of drinks too. Would highly recommend, and wishing them many more years ahead.”

  “Visited from Manchester and ordered two chicken fillet meals. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and didn’t seem freshly prepared. The burger bun and chicken fillet were below expectations, despite being described as fresh, and even the mayonnaise had an unusual taste. For £7.50 per meal, I expected much better quality and value for money.”

  “First time coming here in a few years as needed a quick munch. I wish I didn't. Food quality is so poor, chicken was super thick and tough, there was a really funky smell to all the food as well. Prices don't reflect how bad the food is. Let's not forget the shitty music. Considering where you, plenty of other food options around the place.”

  “Mahmoods is hands down one of the best halal fast food spots around. It’s like a halal version of the big chains but honestly better in a lot of ways. The food is always fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced — you definitely get good value for money. Wheelchair accessible!!! The burgers are top tier, the fries are always on point, and the menu has plenty of options. Service from the staff is excellent — friendly, quick, and efficient every time I’ve been. Big plus for convenience too: they accept both cash and card, and there’s parking available onsite and nearby which makes it super easy to visit. Overall, a great spot if you want quality fast food without breaking the bank. Easily one of the best burger joints around!”

  “Food was nice and warm Not much service provided as you place order and have to collect it from counter downstairs yourself. They don't offer help either to take food upstairs to seating area (if more than 1 tray)”

  “Friendly staff and a variety of food on offer, both savoury and sweet. Tried the veggie burger and chips in the restaurant. It waa a busy period on a Sunday lunchtime but the wait for the food didn't seem long. Ordered a vegetarian pizza to have for tea later and was delicious.”

  “Taste less ,raw big pieces of onion in there . Exactly taste less & uncooked . The shop manager said this is the way we make the pizza .you can Complain to whoever you want . . It’s not worth the money I have paid . . This complain will be copy to food health & safety department , training standards and borough council. I will share these bad experience with all my other families member and highly not recommended to buy anything from them .”

  “I’ve been here a few times and never been disappointed. Only just got round to adding a review. The food is really good value for money. Most recently visited in September 2023. Ordered chicken burger, burger stack, garlic bread and wings. Nice clean place, lots of off road parking. Suitable for kids. Great service every time.”
