Customer Review Summary
Loaded fries come up most often, and reviewers split on them. One calls them flavourful and juicy, another says they were the one good part of the meal, while a third found the chicken dry with too little sauce. The burger divides opinion more sharply. One reviewer praises a sticky BBQ burger from a loaded box as nice, though smaller than expected, and another calls the burger great. Others describe it as dry and chewy, or as falling apart because it held three flimsy chicken strips instead of a solid fillet. Chicken strips earn a tasty, fresh verdict from one diner, while another found plain strips spicy and thin. Several complain of overpriced, overhyped food and say better places exist. Positive reviews repeatedly mention fast, friendly service and queues that move quickly. One reviewer's advice is to order the loaded fries and skip the burgers.

“Avoid the Hype – Disappointing and Unhygienic Rating: 1/5 I genuinely went into this meal hoping it would be the one to break the cycle of mediocre burger spots. Unfortunately, it’s just another place claiming to be unique while delivering a completely basic experience—essentially a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The red flags started the moment I walked in. You can see the food being prepared from the counter, and there was a random guy just standing there eating a burger right over the fries station. It was incredibly unhygienic and set a poor tone for the rest of the visit. The food itself was a massive letdown. The burger was a mess; instead of a solid chicken fillet, it was stuffed with three flimsy strips that caused the whole thing to fall apart. The loaded fries were equally disappointing—the chicken was dry, there wasn't nearly enough sauce, and the flavor was "sickly" yet basic. To make matters worse, both the burger and the fries had a strange, chemical aftertaste, likely from the batter. The absolute dealbreaker, however, was finding an eyelash in my fries halfway through eating. Between the lack of basic food hygiene and the poor quality of the meal, this was a major disappointment. Save your money; this place is all marketing and no substance. I definitely won't be coming back.”
