  “Very disappointing experience at Frangoz Leeds Road. The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant. The fries were very poor quality, tasted cheap, and seemed like low-grade frozen fries. They were not fresh at all and were far below the standard you would expect. Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.”

  “Very disappointed with this experience. We spent £40 on our meal, and although the food was not good, we ate it because we were extremely hungry. The dessert was so hard it seemed like it had been frozen solid. I was also concerned about hygiene, as I did not see gloves, masks, or hair nets being used during food preparation. The only positive aspect was that the lady serving us was kind and polite. Overall, the food quality did not meet expectations, and I would not return.”

  “Salaad is bang on very fresh along with deserts. The chicken butter spicy was not how I expected it it was very bland very hard Chicken wings were actually very nice an cooked properly along with there chips The meal with chips and a can of drink is £4.00 but any sauces or cheese has to be bought separately which is a down fall even when u r eating in. The atmosphere very clean an calm love the background and the setting it self.”

  “Today we went Frangoz leads road Bradford we ordered a whole grilled chicken, but it was served to us undercooked. We returned to the restaurant to raise this issue with the manager, expecting it to be resolved. However, the manager refused to properly address the problem and insisted that the chicken was fine and the same as all their dishes. We found this response unacceptable, as the food was clearly not cooked properly. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was very rude, and the overall service we received was extremely poor. This experience was disappointing, and we hope you take this matter seriously to ensure better food quality and customer service in the future.”

  “I have been here multiple times but consistently been let down. It was quite good when it first opened but has been going drastically down over these last few months now. Just ordered a full family meal and evrything was either left over burgers or cold and the reheated chips and greasy. They tatsed like they were cooked in a couple days old oil. If the price were cheap it would be negotiable but theyre very pricey ontop of being very unappetising food. Service is atrocious as staff cannot even communicate properly or know the basics of treating customers. Overall, would NOT recommend. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere on better food and service.”

  “Finally decided to try Frangos after seeing this and many other branches around me for years, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The Parmesan chicken was a disaster—dry, chewy, and somehow had a few undercooked bits. It came as a whole piece, not cut into bite-sized chunks, and they only gave me a fork, so I had to rip it apart with my hands. To top it off, it was just the same chicken they use in their burgers, and the taste was straight-up sickly. Easily the worst Parmesan I’ve ever had. The chips were thick-cut and just okay, nothing worth shouting about. But the cabbage? Absolutely awful—easily the worst I’ve ever had. The service didn’t help either. The woman at the front barely spoke English, so ordering was a bit of a struggle. With all the food spots in Bradford, I don’t see this place lasting unless they make some serious changes. And I hate wasting food, but I had to bin it after getting about a quarter of the way through. First time trying Frango’s, and definitely the last. Solid 2/10.”

  “Tried this place for the first time in January 2025. There is limited parking as you would expect from a business on the main road. The place is nice and clean. The decor is good. There is one unisex toilet which was very clean. The food is nice. I ordered the Boneless box classic, Loaded box classic , Peri peri pizza, Blazin peri peri Parmo, Spicy chicken fillet and Belly buster burger. All the food was nice and portions were very big. This place is good value for money.”

  “First time ordering from here, travelled from Leeds & order dipped burgers the chicken were still uncooked & raw on two of our burgers. Food was nice until we saw the pink raw chicken which put us off.”

  “Find my new favourite pizza place!! Ordered the kebab crust pizza frangoz special and the cheeseburst burger, and a side of fried chicken with fries. The burger was amazing, its under gourmet section and it definitely is gourmet. Really good quality beef and “burst”ing with flavour. The pizzas are awesome. Its not thin, nor too thick - just right in the middle how I prefer. I had the donner special other day with a cheese crust - Ive honestly found my spot when im craving pizza. Its the close to perfect pizza, and they dont hold back on the cheese which is even better. The tomato base was totally something different to any pizza spot Ive had in bradford. Great quality donner. Definitely up there amongst top 5 pizza places in bradford. The pizza i got today though, was also great IF you like that asian style seekh kebab flavour. Perfectly cooked. The fries are also as good as your local mahmoods if you want to compare. I also ordered a side of fried chicken JUST TO TRY. It was okay, it was freshly fried, piping hot but I could tell that fried chicken on the bone may not be their speciality - which is fine as the rest of menu makes up for it. The deco inside is amazing, good amount of seating - around 24/30. Customer service was great as they all seemed friendly and even checked up on us upstairs despite it being so busy. Definitely will be adding more to this review.”
