Customer Review Summary
Diners most frequently single out the generous portions and the wide menu, with many describing the food as delicious. Several highlight the Chicken Biryani and the range of curries like Chicken Vindaloo and Dansak as standouts, while others praise the clean, tidy space and polite service. A few note the option to bring your own alcohol, with glasses and ice provided. Close behind, multiple reviews report aggressive or rude treatment, including verbal abuse during a dispute over a late order and refusal of service, with one account describing a woman being shouted at and intimidated. Others mention incorrect orders, dirty looks from staff, and being hung up on while trying to place an order. One reviewer explicitly states the Biryani lacks authenticity. A delivery driver’s honesty in handing over food before payment is also recounted.

“If I could give 0 I would. We ordered from this restaurant before 10pm, the website showed 11pm. We had a confirmation email, upon arrival as a woman alone my friend got shouted at to leave and that they would not make her food as they had closed. She expressed that is ok but we will need a refund as we had paid already. They continued to verbally abuse her and intimidate her into leaving. I then joined her in the shop and two grown men who were the only people in there shouted in my face extremely aggressively telling me it was my problem and I could not have a refund or the food. Eventually after around 30 minutes of arguing someone from upstairs who was polite came down and gave us a refund. When I asked why this man was so aggressive he stated ‘that’s just him’ we had no form of apology and were even told we were not welcome back. Do not go here especially as a woman, it is not safe.”

How this listing is sourced
- Where the data comes from
- Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
- How it stays current
- Listings are re-checked in batches against their public profile, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
