  “I have been going to Sous since I was a kid. I went back yesterday for the first time in a while after moving away, and I have to say the food is just as amazing as always! The taste and quality are something you just can’t find anywhere else – proper traditional Chinese food. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and everyone is so smiley! It’s definitely worth the money, and I’ll be making more trips back to Bolton just because I’ve really missed the taste. Highly recommend!☺️”

  “Expensive for what you get! £2:30 bag of chips - good value £3.60 chips & gravy - but don’t not as many chip as in the bag of chips £4.00 for chips/drizzle of gravy/fork - wow 40p for a crappy wooden fork, is shockingly expensive - free in M&S to eat their salads etc.”

  “Chop suey roll was nice, the chicken had no sauce in tub with sweet sour chicken. They obviously don't listen properly on phone when ordering, I wanted small prawn chow mein, got a few king ones which i couldn't eat, noddles tasteless so went in bin”

  “I last used Sou's a couple of years ago as a never used before stop off takeaway. Back then the food was excellent (chicken fried rice, bbq spare ribs), the service pleasant, the price unbeatable. Sadly my experience last night, the first time for two years, was exactly the opposite. The service was miserable, the prices bordering on extortionate and the food simply nowhere near as tasty as last time. I wonder has there been an ownership change or just a relaxation of once impeccable conditions. Ah well, there's lots more eatery's around I can see.”

  “The singapore vermicelli and salt & pepper chicken wings were honestly the best I’ve ever had. We also got egg fried rice and sweet & sour chicken and both really tasty too. It was pretty busy when we went and had to wait a while but definitely worth it. And the staff were super friendly and kept reassuring us that we hadn’t been forgotten. Free parking outside the street. Great experience overall!”
