What reviewers say
Reviewers most often mention seekh kebabs, lamb karahi, kheer and chicken karahi.
Customer Review Summary
Seekh kebabs, chicken in particular, come up most among reviewers, who call them succulent, smoky and "scrumptious." Close behind is the lamb karahi, described as piping hot, rich and tender, with the chicken karahi, nihari and roghni naan also named. Kheer is a repeated favourite, and one reviewer calls the special kheer a must. Many say the food tastes like Pakistan or home, and several mention friendly, welcoming staff and a family-run feel. One family of four describes the owner guiding them to parking and eating well. Reviewers also mention affordable rates. One reviewer wishes the ambience were better, and another says the decor is not the most pleasing but the tastes are authentic. The one sharply negative review comes from a delivery order. That reviewer reports a hair in the kofta gravy box, a chicken haleem that was not spicy despite a note asking for it, and a firni with a burnt, overcooked taste that was thrown away.

“Not good at all . Ordered kofta gravy , chicken Haleem and Firni ! There was a hair with the kofta box and it was utterly disgusting and worst experience ever !! The taste is not worthwhile at all !! Chicken haleem was not spicy at all even i mentioned in the note to make it spicy please but they disregarded that request !!! Firni was utterly disgusting as i was clearly getting burnt taste in it like it was badly overcooked !! Totall waste of my money which i really feel bad about because obviously they will never refund you for whole food order !! But i totally wasted my money . All the food tasted bad with a very strong smell of something in it which was putting off the mood though it was not rotten but that smell does not come when you cook at home ! I threw the firni away !! And felt utterly terrible because i paid for it and it was not fair to customers who buy paying full price for it and then they have to throw it instead of eating it !! :( Will never order from this place ever again even though i checked the reviews and then ordered !!! I checked the pics too but i can't imagine what kind of people eat a burnt tasted firni ( Rice Pudding )... For me experience was terrible :((”

“Amazing service from start to finish. Butt Karahi is a lovely, family-run business and you can really feel the care they put into everything. The lamb karahi was piping hot, straight off the cooker, and absolutely delicious. The service was warm and welcoming and we felt really well looked after. Also, definitely try the special kheer it’s a must. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning.”
