I ordered a highly popular item amongst the bolton community called the Messi Box aka Daraloom Box that consist of... 2 piece fried chicken 10/10 Banging chicken ,very soft and juicy Chips 10/10 French fries style perfectly cooked Koolios donner 10/10 Super soft , juicy and thin cut just how I like it. Gravy , donner chilli sauce and garlic sauce 10/10 Nice combo of sauces that complimented the food And Drink 10/10 Icy cold drinks Really enjoyed it and recommend it to others 😋 NEW MENU added Aug 2026”

  “Just Donner meat soaked with plenty of chilli sauce is the best combination. It tastes better than overloaded melted butter on Iskander Turkish Donner. I’ve been coming to Koolios for more than 25 years, I live 25 miles away. Its taste on food & quality that brings me back every time, when I come to Bolton. Also respect goes to the staffs that provide the consistency on the service.”

  “I regret to say this but the spicy burger tasted full of tomatoe sauce. Id been after a long time. They used to do good burgers but not anymore. Theres far better places to go to now. It's a shame really as koolios used to be Very good. It was a very unusual taste of tomato and another sweet taste to come from a spicy burger. Very odd”

  “The staff here are incredible. An uber driver hadn’t delivered my food to me, still have no idea where it went, and although this is no fault of the staff at the takeaway, they were extremely helpful and attentive. They made fresh food for me even though they under no obligations to do so, and the food was incredible!”

  “Koolios Bolton is a great place to eat. The food is fresh, full of flavour, and the portions are really good for the price. The menu has a lot of variety, so there’s something for everyone, whether you want something quick or a proper meal. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast even when it’s busy. The restaurant has a nice, clean atmosphere and is a good spot to go with friends or family. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Koolios Bolton and would happily come back again.”

  “Have been ordering from Koolios for many many years. Me and Family love the food and service. Delivery is always great and on time. The staff are brilliant to deal with and the delivery drivers are always respectful and friendly. Highly recommend!!”

  “I am really disgusted and disappointed by the way my order was delivered to me today through UBER EATS. The staff at this place must do a better job because the quality of the food is highly poor, and the price is sky high, how does that work? I had issues with all items including stale & burnt burger, lack of toppings or sauces, soggy and dry onion rings, watery sauce with no taste! Sadly, I have not received a refund yet from Uber but overall Koolios is a SCAM and a RUN-DOWN business, and I will not be ordering from this food store in the future.”

  “I ordered food, and it arrived completely drenched in sauce, making it impossible to enjoy. When I called to inform the restaurant, they were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solution or apology. Truly awful customer service—disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend”
