  “Absolutely disgusting treatment. I was a regular customer, sitting quietly and doing nothing wrong, yet I was kicked out based on a false accusation without anyone even hearing my side. The security manager’s racist and disrespectful behaviour made the situation even worse. I’ve never been treated this badly as a customer. You’ve permanently lost my business.”

  “Shocking service! One of the barmaids apparently lied to the bouncer and said I was being rude when I asked for a drink! I have never ever had any trouble in my life and been kicked out of a pub because of some power tripping bar maid who gets paid national minimum wage! I suggest you train your staff properly and if allegations are made then look at your cctv and follow through! Sometimes the customer is definately right! That was extremely sly by your bar maid!”

  “i love dragonfly, top favourite pub on earth everyone’s friendly and lovely and are always quick to help when it is necessary, never a bad word to say about dragonfly great place for pre’s before level as well as pub quiz AND karaoke night what more could you ask for😉 love all the staff and environment!”

  “The actual venue is OK however the toilets need a big revamp. There is only 1 proper men's toilet and it is broken. Door doesn't lock either. Not good for people like myself that value privacy even when we are drunk. I have to go to other pubs with better toiletries.”

  “What can I say....... 5pm Saturday, hardly any body in, ordered a dry white wine which was served in a plastic glass. Asked for a proper glass to to be told they only one wine glass that was already out. Jaw dropped at this reply but the bar staff was not joking. After paying almost £10 for 2 drinks I expect them to be served in the correct glasses. I can appreciate if I was sat outside but in January at 5pm and not busy I expect a proper glass.”

  “Large pub and while it's open plan has sections that fairly private. Loads of TVs so great for football or other sport. Staff was friendly and got served quickly. Didn't see any evidence of food so can't comment on that. Once again Bolton town centre so parking is limited but plenty of taxis.”

  “What a good venue! The beer pong was a nice touch, we’ve recently moved to the area and think this will be our new place to go, drinks reasonable although they do go up at 9pm but still affordable, good music for a weekday inc kareoke. Dj is a bit cringe coming on to young girls when he’s at least 50 years old but that aside a great place to go”
