  “The food here is delicious, and there is a wide selection—something for everyone. The service is top-notch; dirty plates are cleared away constantly. I highly recommend it; the price is also reasonable—£22–£24 per person, depending on the day. It is clean, and you can see the staff really striving to maintain the highest standards.   “I took my son and my girlfriend to this restaurant twice in one week, and every visit was wonderful. The food is absolutely beautiful, every dish was delicious. The staff are so friendly, the service is amazing. The place is clean and welcoming, and we felt at home right away. I highly recommend it, definitely worth a visit!”

  “I used to enjoy eating here, but recently I feel it's gone down hill, food cold, constantly dirty and food slopped all over counters and staff don't clean it, food isn't stocked up quick enough when it's run out, floor had food all over it, and for the price I feel it should be lot more cleaner, it doesn't make you want to eat the food, shredded duck was undercooked and very fatty, very disappointed with this place and not worth the money any more, if you want desserts don't bother they were empty when we went”

  “Prawns wasn’t prepared properly still had the intestines inside them when spoke to the manager or owner as he presented himself told us to be quiet ors we would be removed. Which put us off the rest of the food very unprofessionally as a chef myself and didn’t want anyone else to get poorly would not return”

  “This is our 3 time in this week .There is nothing more to say than: great service, great staff, great food, and the best ambiance. Umami is a place where everyone enjoys themselves—kids, grandkids, ladies, and men alike. You can see how much people love it by the number of times they go back and forth to the buffet. Everything is fresh, delicious, and there’s something for everyone. A fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Blackpool.”

  “After reading some amazing views I was really looking forward to the buffet. The selection is poor, a lot of cheap produce and cutting corners. Staff aren’t attentive enough to the open lids left open on the food which lets it go cold and dry out. Quite off putting when kids are putting their hands in the chocolate fountain too! Unfortunately not the best experience which is a shame as I really wanted to enjoy it.”
