  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Nando’s! A massive thank you to Priya, who genuinely went above and beyond to look after us. From the moment we arrived, she made sure everything was perfect and continuously checked that we were happy and had everything we needed. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive without ever making us feel rushed. I honestly don’t think I’ve experienced customer service like this before. Priya is a real credit to Nando’s and completely made our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who puts this much care into making sure customers have a great experience. 5-star service without a doubt. Thank you so much, Priya — we’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “I visited after a conference and was dining alone, tired and very hungry. LILLY was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She made me feel comfortable and looked after me with a genuine smile throughout my visit. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the Nando’s team. Thank you!”

  “I visit Nando's Birmingham - Mailbox regularly for lunch, and the experience is consistently excellent. The food always arrives quickly, is fresh, and cooked to a high standard every time. What really stands out is the staff. They are friendly, attentive, and always looking out for customers to make sure everyone is looked after. It's great to have a restaurant that delivers both quality food and outstanding customer service so consistently.”

  “I visited Nando’s today and wanted to leave a compliment for a staff member called Amar. I come to this branch quite often, and his service really stood out today. He was very friendly, patient and attentive throughout the whole visit, and made the experience feel really welcoming. The food was great as always too — I pretty much order the same thing every time, the Sunset Burger, and it never disappoints. Just wanted to say thank you and hope the team can pass on my appreciation to him!”

  “I went here for the 1st time and I ordered full chicken, garlic bread, hellumi sticks, chips , garlic pitta bread starter mac and cheese was nice, to be honest overall it was disgusting the chicken was all slimey, coslaw was very dry garlic bread was ok hellumi Sticks was nice but overall very expensive for the food they produce and cook makes me feel ill just thinking about it the worst chicken I have tasted litrally all slimey chicken I will not be returning.. the staff was very polite and pleasant (wife) said the toilet was disgusting toilet roll all over the floor very bad experience overall definitely will not be returning in the future or any other nandos for that matter put me off them for life way way to expensive dor what they offer and provide...”

  “Somehow you can't help but go back for a Nando's. Mid priced and if you are lucky the restaurant would not be filled to capacity. Chicken always grilled to perfection and the taste always on point on the days I have visited.”

  “Arrived at Nando’s this evening and wasn’t sure how the whole ordering process was. The staff that helped us were absolutely brilliant. They was so kind and explained everything to us. The food arrived and it was absolutely brilliant piping hot and so fresh. The manager was really friendly and helpful and very good at her job. She clearly enjoyed working there and as a business owner myself, I think she was a great attribute to your restaurant. Well done, Sharon and the team. Can’t wait to go back. Sharon, you are a superstar”
