Customer Review Summary
The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the platter for two light on value, with only a lamb and a chicken kofta plus five pieces each of lamb and chicken shish, and wished for lamb ribs or chops. Another found the shish touk a bit dry. A third called the service shocking and said an iced blue matcha with coconut milk tasted like plain blue spirulina. One diner asked for garlic sauce and was handed something else.

“Came here with my brother for breakfast today and had such a lovely experience. We ordered the Turkish Breakfast for Two, and everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and really comfortable. We ended up staying for a few hours, getting some of our work done while enjoying the relaxing environment. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy great food and spend some quality time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We genuinely enjoyed everything and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!”

“⭐⭐⭐ Visited recently and ordered the Platter for Two. The food was tasty and well cooked, and the atmosphere was nice, relaxed, and chilled. Service was friendly and not rushed, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The only downside was the value for money. The platter included one lamb kofta, one chicken kofta, five pieces of lamb shish, five pieces of chicken shish, salad, and bread. While everything was enjoyable, for the price I felt it could have included a couple of lamb ribs or lamb chops to make it feel more like a true sharing platter for two people. Overall, a good meal with a nice atmosphere and service, but slightly on the expensive side for what was included. I'd happily return, but I think a few extra premium items on the platter would make it much better value. ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5”

“The food here was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our visit, but unfortunately everything else let the experience down. The drinks were awful, I ordered an iced blue matcha with coconut milk for £5.45 and it wasn’t matcha at all, just blue spirulina with no sweetener or syrup, so it tasted really bland and disappointing for the price. On top of that, the service was shocking. Staff seemed uninterested and the overall experience felt poorly managed. Such a shame because the food itself was genuinely excellent.”
