  “I got my nails done here today and honestly, I’m super disappointed. She wass sooooo RUDE ! The lady who did my nails was middle-aged and her hands were shaking the whole time. ( why you are doing this job when you can’t have communication)? My matte nails turned out terrible! She didn’t let me give any input on how I wanted them, and didn’t even say hi or bye. She couldn’t speak any English either, so communication was just impossible. If you wanna throw your money in the trash, go ahead and come there”

  “My go to nail shop when I'm in the area, lovely artistic staff who always understand my vision and what I'm looking for. My friend got pink BIAB and I got infills with a cute charm - definitely coming back to try other designs! They've lasted 3 weeks and are still going strong with no chips or breaks.”

  “Staff are rude. Put pressure on you to choose a colour option quickly. Not grateful for your money… they just rush you out the door when you’re finished and ignore you when you leave. I spent over £50 in total and didn’t even get a thank you or goodbye. They were also putting the next customer’s nail varnish bottles on my table before mine were even finished… there was only 3 of us in the shop! I would understand if they were back to back appointments in a rush… every time I go in this shop (when my regular salon is fully booked) it’s always the same. You just feel on the edge of your seat like they are going to tell you off.”

  “I love my nails but there is literally nothing “Happy” about this place. Not one smile, comment or slightest bit of warmth. The lady doing my nails was cold, depressing and miserable. When potential customers walked through the door not even a hello just waited for them to say what they wanted and signalled with her head to sit down. When I thanked her and said goodbye, again a slight grumble. Decent nails but cold awkward environment. Zero customer service or happiness :( Won’t be back”

  “Nail extensions, beautiful done very quick also I walked no appointment and was seen to right away and within 30 mins done. Great communication and friendly”
