“First time using AA Nails and I wish I had found them sooner. Amazing service and friendly atmosphere. Booking an appointment was a breeze, the nail tech was lovely and asked exactly what I was looking for and made sure they were perfect! I left the design down to her and she did an amazing job! Can't wait to go back and get more designs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Been coming here years and have always been happy with my nails. I travel 45 minutes each way to go here as they do such a good job. Over the years I have had a number of difficult designs and they always turn out stunning. Everyone that works there is really friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“Have been coming here for years and years and love each set I have, if there is anything I don't like they always rectify (it's always my fault anyway being picky) and they make sure we walk out loving our nails. My sister travels every month from walmley just to have her nails done here as they are the best. Amazing staff, you always feel like family here. Love them all!!!”

“Terrible! DO NOT GO THERE!! My nail design was peeling off after 2 days! No one told me I had to contact them straight away to rectify otherwise they would refuse to support. They denied seeing me, to escape any blame (I visit every 4 weeks). When I argued they finally admitted to doing the nails. I explained my circumstances and that I took pictures (with dates on) of the peeling nails and they still argued because I didn't ring straight away (which they conveniently do not tell you to do). The products they buy are cheap! This happened to me a few times whilst I went there over the months. NO loyalty to their customers. When I complained, I was offered no resolution. The man who works there has made many homophobic comments and preches his religion and beliefs to you. It is really offensive some of the comments he has made. Sally is lovely, although needs to respect her customers when they complain otherwise she will lose so much buisness, also invest in better products. The machines made me have an allergic reaction on my fingers everytime. There are great nail bars out there, just NOT this one.”

Customer Review Summary
Gel manicures and nail extensions draw the most repeat mentions, with reviewers describing consistently detailed, long lasting sets and staff who talk through shape and design choices before starting. Several regulars describe traveling well out of their way, one from Walmley and another with a 45 minute journey each way, saying difficult designs "always turn out stunning" and that the atmosphere feels welcoming, chatty and busy enough that booking ahead is recommended. One reviewer contrasts this with a previous nail bar that repeatedly cut her cuticles, praising the gentler technique here. Against this, one detailed negative account describes a gel design peeling within two days, an allergic reaction from the machines, and a dispute over the salon's after care policy when raising a complaint, alongside a report that a male staff member made homophobic remarks and discussed his religious beliefs unprompted. That same reviewer credits one staff member, without naming her, as pleasant even while faulting the shop's product quality and handling of the complaint. Most other accounts describe walking out happy with their chosen designs, with staff adjusting colours or shapes on request.
