Customer Review Summary

Platters anchor most visits, whether the platter for one or for two, with Korean BBQ or hot honey wings and seasoned chips singled out as the strongest parts. Close behind are the chicken burgers, the classic and the Nashville hot, described as crispy and juicy. The mozzarella brick, the milkshakes and a half and half special of spiced fries, mac and cheese, chopped Nashville tenders and society sauce also draw praise. Several reviewers describe quick, friendly service and big portions, and brunch dishes like the breakfast bagel and chicken and waffles get mentions too. The criticism centres on batter, with goujons, onion rings and tenders called too heavily breaded or doughy. One reviewer reports that the tenders seemed to contain MSG, which triggered an allergy, and says staff would not swap chips for onion rings. Another saw chefs eating with their hands in the prep area. One diner describes being handed the receipt mid-meal while other tables finished in peace, which they attributed to being non-white. One brunch visitor's dog was given a pup cup and his own chicken and eggs.

“It was so good, I wanted to go back the next day for lunch! We got there about 5ish on a Saturday and by sheer luck, didn't have to queue. It's not great for kids but they had milkshakes while we enjoyed the platter for one, chicken burger, mozzarella and the corn on the cob. Everything was fantastic. Super quick. Lovely atmosphere. Clean. Delicious.”

“So, we're sitting at dinner, my friend is still actively eating her fries, and the waiter just marches up, drops the receipt, and asks if we want to pay now. I was completely flabbergasted. I literally asked him, "Do you want us to leave?" He said no, but the math wasn't mathing—especially since he was letting every other table finish their meals in peace before paying. Just the lovely perks of being non-white, I guess! We paid and immediately walked out because the vibe was completely ruined. Needless to say, we are never going back.”

Staff where reallt friendly, took interest in the dog, he got a pup cup and his own chicken and eggs which he devoured.
