About The Boutport Cafe
The Boutport Cafe is a small family-run cafe and tea house at 58 Boutport St in Barnstaple. Dogs are welcome inside, and each one is given a free sausage, so owners can bring their companions along for a meal. The kitchen makes food to order, with a full breakfast for the morning and a cream tea of scones, jam and cream. Scones and cakes are available to eat in. The cafe also runs as a coffee shop and lunch restaurant, so the same room works for a morning coffee or a midday meal.

“We don’t know Barnstaple at all and a local directed us to this cafe well we are very thankful as it was so lovely The staff/owners were so so friendly and the cream tea was amazing. We were even offered a sausage for our dog who was welcome too. Seems a warm and cosy cafe and I’d be here a lot if I was nearby 😊”
