“DISGRACEFUL LEVEL OF SERVICE I was told my order would be ready within 10-15 mins for collection . They made me wait 40 mins on a Monday night . No sorry or any kind of apology and then when I got home with my order my 3 portions of chips were all mixed up at the bottom of the bag and the burger was awful. All I could taste was sweet caramel as they had filled it with more caramelised onions than burger . I thought I was eating a desert that’s how sweet it was . Absolutely awful experience . I would give them 0 stars if I could”

“I bought the Bruce cake and was confused how to eat it i felt the cake a bit dry and was asking the foh staff (aayesha) then she told me how to eat in such a nice way with politeness and she made the chocolate sauce hot and poured on the cake and then boom it’s so delicious Thanks aayesha”
